"Glad To Know You" by Chas Jankel (Barry Harris 2022 Remix).
I used all the original multi-tracks. Sliced, diced & quantized everything at the original 115 bpm. I did NOT do any additional production, or rewrite the music. I brought up the piano, gave it a fresh new bottom heavy kick, added a few claps in the breakdown, made an easy to mix intro and outro, cleaned everything up digitally, remixed everything "from scratch" and brought the mix up to 2022 quality. A lotta work yet a lotta fun!

I agree. For the last generation I have suffered through various remixers who ignore the original chord progressions and who only know two notes on their pianos. They loop their new accompaniment tracks and never bother to chart out a real progression. Or worse, they take a vocal from a ballad, speed it up (or slow it down - I'm thinking Dolly Parton and the remixes of Peace Train) rather than have the singer come back and redo it. If you enjoy good dance music and dare I say it, Disco, seek out Matt Zarley here on RU-vid. A singer with a Broadway career and a great voice.
