This song remind me of "Eddie Zondi", South Africans can confirm, he introduced this song to me when I was a teen by playing almost every Sunday on Metro FM. Rest in peace Airwaves Legend 🙏🙏

Yes all of us... but you are not witnesses.. you are just people who belive in the mystery of life ... of love... we just trying to find the mystery. .. of the LIFE... thank you so much Glwadys...
2020 still here, true definition of soulful music. I love my wife(Nombuso Sinehlahla Ngidi). I dedicate this song to my love. I vowed for better or worse, good times and bad times, in sickness and health I will stand by you.
Gladys did it with this--brought me into a spell of joyful tears. Rinsed my agony drenched heart. Sometime a good ole soulful song pulls those reluctant tears out, even of a big old grown man. The older you get, the more sentimental you get, especially when think back on late loved ones that are no longer with us--grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, and childhood friends. Thank you Gladys, thank you!
Ms. Knight offered the world a masterful compilation of excellent musical experiences on this medley....... I Salute you my Beautiful, talented Sister!!!!!!!!!
I can't help myself to cry when I listen to this Wonderful, Beautiful song. To mention Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Nat King Cole, Billy Eckstein, Teddy Pendergrass, The Spinners, The Pips & Boys II Men. Just what I love. It's a legacy that nowadays artists should perpetuate.
This track still takes me back to some of the most passionate times in my life and most definitley when the music was a key ingredient in the courting process ....when we coud really say "the words have meaning" ...timeless classic
This is indisputably one of the greatest recordings in the history of R & B music (or music period, for that matter)! I had this album on cassette back in the day, and I nearly wore that sucker out playing this track over and over. About eight or nine years ago, I finally got to see the legendary Ms. Knight in concert and hear her do this live. The electricity that shot through the audience was something you could feel when she was up on that stage belting out "End of the Road". They just don't make them like her anymore!
Gladys Knight is a great singer, One of which I'm still able to enjoy with my family and grandchildren.. May she continue to bless many more people with ent for years to come.
I'm 62 and listening with you in 2020. This means that you know a grown-folks track when you hear one. Gladys Knight is one of the greatest ballad-masters of all time. This one is too cold! Oh, how I love slow-jams.
I was so blessed To grow up with this kind of music. They Definitely don't make sounds like this anymore. Just pure fantastic soul music. As the word says The music comes from the soul.
Dear Love. We appreciate what you do to our hearts, and how you always disappoint our minds when we fall at your feet. Continue to reign and give us hope. Continue to provide warmth and sanity in cold confusing situations. Yours dearly, Sunday Afternoon.
We can bring back those times of wonderful music - We have the choice! The Empress of Soul - still rocking grace, class and talent at 75 in 2019!! Go Gladys.
nonky ramohoeba and meet on lookout mountain but have enough mystery not to tell what you did when you got there. Blue lights in the basement. This tugs at my heart in a good way 🙏🏼
Gladys Knight still brings tears to my eyes I'm in my sixties now enjoying my memories she was really doing it back in my early days God bless you Gladys Knight & the Pips for the memories that I still have their etched in my mind forever
It's 2018 and here I am organically searching "Gladys Knight - End of the road" cover. Almost 3 decades old but still resonates in my thoughts. Childhood memories come pouring in. Damn near shed a tear. Respect to the original composers of these songs but boy did she out do herself.
5:29 😭 I listen to this part "It takes a fool to love you, when love don't love nobody" at least 3 times before I let the song continue. What a beautiful work of art 🥺
Gladys Knight will always be my favorite singer. I have followed her since the 60's when I was a young child. Her voice is powerful and unmatched! Her songs throughout the years are classics and memorable Love, love, love !❤❤❤
I was in high school and my kombi driver loved to play this song in the morning on our drive to school. Gladys Knight really did us justice with this rendition, may her soul be blessed forever.
I hope this kind of music does not die with the generations but keeps on and on. Those who understand this music please keep on playing it to the young ones as they will remember you by playing it when you a no more.
This is definitely a Masterpiece, I doubt we'll ever get music like this but if we are then that Generation would have to pay Music just like this Classic a long long Visit. It's so lovely see so many of my Country Men and Women in the Comment Section. We are well represented. 🇿🇦
If you have a beautiful family enjoy it and be happy because when your parents die and your kids get married you will cry so enjoy them all and thank God ❤
The last song in the melley "End of the Road", wow!!!!! Boys to Men gave her, her due....a standing ovation when they saw her do this...,., Listening to this gives me chills even to this day..... Such an amazing voice, arrangements, just beautiful
