I have enjoyed the last few videos where you have shared with us that you are exhausted and/or not excited about every release and every thing out there. Let me explain, no one is happy, excited and impressed with everything. Thats just life! I think you being open with us about certain disappointments and things that bother you, just shows us (at least me) that you are human. This is the week my wallet died😂 I bought some new Pat McGrath Labs palettes from her holiday launch, the new Charlotte Tilbury Beautyverse palette and the mini Pillow Talk blush wand duo, and then from Colourpop I picked up the new Sailor Moon palette, the gel liner pencils, and one of the highlighters. Today I bought the entire Glamlite Ghost Face collection. And the week isn't over yet. I plan to pick up the Melt Nightmare Before Christmas collection!

I love the 4 palettes 4 looks videos you have been doing. Its very practical when you can see reviews of several new palettes in one and the same video. I get an overview of the new stuff that has been coming out as well as see some tutorials for amazing eye looks you create with the palettes ❤
I'd like to see a comparison video of 'special ' shimmer (or unusual mattes) shadows from some of the Indy palettes that have been released, as sometimes different brands seem to have the same (or similar) shadows in palettes. Hope you enjoy / enjoyed your trip 💜💜💜💜💜

To be fair I think a lot of ppl didn’t realise it’s not SCREAM it’s just the mask IP, so they couldn’t really tie it into the films at all, it’s a great pallete considering it’s based on the mask not the films ❤
I'd love to see you do a video on all of those 4 indie pallettes. I watch you because I love getting inspiration from your videos. I don't mind that the video is made after the pallette is released. As long as it's available for purchase. ❤

The only surprise with the Ghost Face collection is that blush 😂 But I guess the idea is blood? Also: it's so pigmented it can be used as an eye colour by those grumbling about the lack of a red in the palette 😂 Ps: I'm not particularly familiar with the franchise
It’s not the same. The blush payoff just won’t be red enough on the eyes. If you asked a die-hard fan what colors they associate with the franchise, I would guess everyone would name black, white, and blood red.
That blush is pretty red on everyone I’ve seen it on. I think it would be fine on the eyes but if you are not going to wear it on the eyes you still get a ton of the colour on your face. The kicker might be the fact the collection sells complete. It is very avant-guard. The lip colours are strong and unusual.
I'm a 'die hard' fan and whilst I'd have loved a blood red shade, I think them switching it up and putting it in the lip and cheek shade instead was actually fine! I'm more surprised they didn't do a red liquid liner
Omgoodness. I totally get not wanting to go/do something when your feeling that way. Luckily the Grand Canyon is literally such a healing and sacred place. I think it will end up being such a meaningful experience when it’s all said and done. Have fun girl so excited for you!
OK Angie. I loved the videos where you did one look with 4 different indie palletes! Was great to sit down and see a bunch of different new palletes and an example of a look you could create with them.
I love how the Nightmare before Christmas collection from Melt looks - so much better than what ColourPop did last year. 🙃I would change one of the pinks to slime green for Oogie Boogie and make the light turquoise bluer for Sally's skin, but the colour story is still great, and I like the funky design. 🖤 HOWEVER, I am not so sure about the quality! I haven't tried Melt eyeshadows, but their eye pencils don't even last an hour on me. So, it feels too risky to buy their eyeshadows for my super oily lids, pay an exuberant amount for the shipping and then just throw the palette away...

I’ve never ordered Glamlite but just ordered the Ghost palette and some of the lip products. Interested in trying them. Also saw they re-released that Chucky blush with two different colors, rather than two identical pink blushes. They must have sorted out the issues they had with it. I really can’t wait to see everyone’s opinion on ND’s black and white midi palette comes out. I dislikes grey shadow as well, so that will be interesting.
I understand how you feel about going to the Grand Canyon. I spent a whole week in Arizona once on vacation and had no desire to go there. It's just a giant hole in the ground. Pretty yes, but I don't need to see it in person to appreciate how beautiful it is. But if you stay home his parents will be hurt so I understand why you feel you have to go. Since you did a battle of the rainbow palettes, for me it would be great if you do a battle of the pastel palettes! A lot of brands have released pastel palettes and I’m really craving a comparison by you because I have similar taste and I would like to spend my money in a palette I’ll enjoy 💗

You are going to LOVE The Grand Canyon. But I completely understand what that feels like. I had the same thing happen to me before we went to Denver, CO a couple months ago. BUT, I am SO glad I went...it was an experience of a lifetime and when it comes down to it, those memories truly are priceless. Take care of your spirit just as much as you do your physical health and work life. Because then we are older, retired, and possibly unable to do as much physically, those memories will really be all we have. I love your channel and I am sending good vibes your way!!

I love single shadow content but there are other great creators like Milly and Riley (BadtotheBrow and SeekingShifts) who cover those, and I want to see what YOU want to create for your channel! Of course I love hearing you talk about single shadows like Clionadh but I definitely think if you’re not that into that sort of content right now, that’s not an issue! I want to see the cool indie palettes and foundations/concealers, face products and whatever else you want to review for us. That totally made sense. Whatever you post, I’ll be watching! But I think your channel is in a great place right now and I’m really loving the thought you put into what collections you review and what products you try, it’s refreshing to see that from influencers. And I love the 4 palettes videos, those are really fun to watch and a great way to cover a variety of launches at once! Angi, you’re the best. And I know what you mean, it’s stressful when people plan things for you and even going to the Grand Canyon or other places like it can be stressful, but I really hope once you get there you love it! I have family in Sedona Arizona and that’s personally my favorite place on Earth, but the Grand Canyon is really cool in person. Especially since that all used to be underwater! I hope you ended up having fun ❤ but if you haven’t been to Sedona I highly recommend it, I’ve been there seven times and it’s seriously the most magical and breathtaking place!

Once I saw that eyeshadow look on you, I thought that it must be ‘em Hela palettes, I instantly recognized some og Hela shades. 😏 I’d be trying to recreate this look already now, but then I understood that I’m getting the new palettes most likely on Monday, so, could just wait a bit. 😩♥️ It’s just stunning! ♥️
Next week our Temps in Phoenix AZ will be in the 80’s. Which means it will be at least 5 - 10 degrees cooler up at the Grand Canyon, since we will have extremely dry by then pack lots of lip balm as well as a light jacket as mornings and nights might feel cool.
The only new release I want this week is that NBC makeup bag and highlighter from Melt!!! The palette actually kinda let me down 😞 I do want some other palettes that have already released though! That 'Basic Witch palette will be mine 😍
The new sailor moon 🌝 palette is so stunning! It’s so nostalgic for me, but I don’t know if I need it gah haha I still have and love my blush from the first collection. I know that if it wasnt for the theming I’d think it was pretty but wouldn’t be so tempted bc I have those shades
On the way to the Grand Canyon there is a huge Meteor Crater which is cool to check out. You’ll see road signs you might like it since you like celestial things
I'm almost a hermit sometimes so I absolutely get you wanting to stay home instead of looking at a hole in the ground, HOWEVER! Considering your past couple of months and my experiences with that and said home in the ground, I can see how this could be a cathartic experience for you. Not knowing your relationship with your travel partners, not including Ricardo of course, there is the possibility of adjusting your perspective that really only exist when you find yourself surrounded by something so powerful and awesome - in the real definition and not the slang def. If you can find a moment of quiet to just lose yourself in your surroundings I really feel like it can do you some much needed good. Wishing you peace 😊
I hope you’re able to enjoy the Grand Canyon! I’ve only been once, but I was 4/5 so I only remember my dad yelling at me to get away from the edge, lol. (There are fences, it’s very safe, he was just being cautious about his young daughter.) I’m with you; if I need to just recharge, the last thing I want to do is go anywhere. And you’ve certainly been through a lot recently, so I can see why you would need some downtime to recoup! Please don’t stress about videos while you’re gone, at least as far as we’re concerned! We’ll enjoy whatever you put out, but don’t feel like you have to pile extra work onto a trip you don’t want to take when you just need to rest. It’s a lot! And it’s ok to do less ❤

I hope you enjoy being there at the Grand Canyon…hoping it’s the the Southern Rim. Pictures cannot do justice to being there. It was mind boggling and gorgeous and exceeded my expectations.
Moondust was ahead of it's time when it first came out. They came out with a Moondust palette like this years ago, but I don't think it did that well. Them sticking it out, and not removing the individual shades off the shelf, paid off.
