Using a power station like that size to heat or cook with is not a good use case. I use for lighting and small tv for a weekend.

Yeah, what you use it for is definitely an ideal scenario. The point of this video was to see what it could handle versus how long it could last. I was definitely impressed with it being such a small unit.
