The #CleaningTheLoop project aims to drive consumer clothing circularity, a crucial step towards a sustainable future. This video showcases some of the collaborative work being done to work towards a circular economy and promote sustainability in the fashion industry.
Adam Smith Research Fellow Dr Lynn Wilson discusses how knowledge exchange funding has enabled her team to inform consumers about the challenges of clothing circularity and provide practical advice on how to keep clothing for longer. By engaging with industry stakeholders, Dr Wilson’s research has had a broad impact and was presented as a white paper to the Scottish Parliament.
Thank you to the project partners, including the Scottish Library and Information Council, for their invaluable support in this journey.
