For the people that don’t speak telugu First step: use milk to cleanse face (dip Cotten pad in raw milk not boiled or anything ,then use a dry Cotten pad to clean off the milk) Second step: mix one spoon flour with one spoon raw milk to create a mild face scrub (just gently scrub along your face let ur sit for a minute or two and then rinse it off with water do this weekly once or twice) Third step: steaming ( this softens your black and whiteheads after the the scrub opens them up) Fourth step: use a tool to scoop out your black and whiteheads like the one she has in that step Fifth step: make a mask with curd aka yogurt and beetroot juice or you can substitute it for tomato juice (massage this into your face she said she was going to put one up after this video but it helps circulate blood also brings moisturizer and hydrates your face after all the stuff that was done previously which made your skin a bit dry so overdo this just weekly once or so) Sixth step final step : face mask (she uses the alps face mask which she showed and it is a powder and mixes curd aka yogurt with tamarin powder and tomato juice to make into a paste and spreads along her face then rinses with water) Phew 😮‍💨 this was a lot of typing and also ur welcome😊
