here is the glastron laraya boat project i built over the last 6 month its a 1990, with a 75 hp 2 stroke mercury 4 cylinder, power trim still worked when i bought it, but the steering was seized and wouldn't start, rebuilt the carbs several times and had trouble with the accelerator throttle linkage, but all in all she ran super smoothly, had resprayed engine and got a new sticker kit, changed engine oil and she was good as new, the body had a few holes in it but nothing major, color matching the gel coat was quite hard but got there in the end, replaced the old floor but lost the footage somehow, replaced the wood and carpets, had the seat recovered, polished all the stainless, sanded and polished the body till i had a mirror shine, new anti fouling, installed bilge pump, horn, lights, steering was a bit hard, but she did almost 40 knots / 70 kmph!! i sold her before she was even finished and got a great price for her ! was super pleased with it, cant wait for the next project
