I started taking hair supplements. These here: amzn.to/3OG9MoR I usually don’t see a major diff in supplements I’ve tried in past but saw someone on IG post about these and decided to give them a try. And I do see a diff also (in hair length). I also started a diff hair routine to take care of my dry ends (using a conditioner, leave in conditioner, and hair oil on ends).
