I feel like you should do an assistant coach career mode (with mods) or you could still do an assistant career mode and start in Portugal and build up your career and become a manager later on in your career (try move clubs every year, like a journey man)

Buy a good consistent striker so you don’t have to use a prospect in Hojund, and not a older player in Neymar who is much better at lw or cam. A decently cheap option could be Jonathan David for maybe 40-60 mil

You should look at Adegoke Adeleke he is not a really player it's a career mode player so he plays for Al Nassr in the Efl League Two and he is 76 overall and he would go for a 2 year loan move and sell Alejandro Garnacho to Al Nassr because Adegoke and Alejandro Garnacho would make a good partner ship and also sell Anthony Elanga and Facundo Pellistri because they're not getting any playing time at all.
