What I don't get is that the assignments Mr. Schue gave were to strengthen the bond between them all and to instill unity. So, if they're so happy and having fun while performing with each other, does it really matter if they didn't go according to the assignments?
I mean, the assignment was to instil unity and she’s basically singing a song about one class member being a fool, which everyone else is joining in with. Not exactly unity.
My sisters told me one night when I was watching glee for the 100th time lol they said you need to get into a different show than glee and I Said there is litterly no show that is better than glee or top glee I am a proud gleek and I will watch or be obsessed with glee til the day I die heck I wanna glee wedding when and if I ever get married lol 😆 and give my kids glee names I already have them picked out lol 😆 I love this show
I have a theory about the gang joining the song and it’s based on the final chorus where they are pointing at Rachel. A lot of them may had heard what happened and were upset that Finn dumped Rachel just because he wanted to date other girls and went on a date with Brittany and Santana right after that. Brittany and Santana might’ve joined the song because they didn’t like how easy it was to get Finn to go on a date. As for Kurt he might’ve not joined in at first because of his crush on Finn but then he decided that he didn’t like how Finn just dumped Rachel.

What are you talking about. Rachel is the only one who was punished. By everyone in the club treated her like a 2nd class person. The teachers weren't any better. No one tried to stop people bullying her, the slushing the rude things written on her locker and said to her. Finn playing games with her. Jesse was a much better boy friend.
she was punished more than the others tho when Quinn made the list about who was popular or whatever Mr Shue cover for her Santana was a bitch to Rachel 99% of time with horrible words toward her and never got punished for any of that .. like c'mon people dislike Lea or Rachel so they don't see how horrible others character were and never got shit for it even worst than Rachel
Rachel needs to do one for everyone in glee. She is annoying but at least she doesn't treat anyone like shit, what can't be said about the way other glee kids treat her
