Maybe budgetary reasons. I mean around that time they also have Idina in the set, not to mention the extras for Vocal Adrenaline. Although more duets are much more welcome. But this one is really a keeper. I love their chemistry.
finchel was cute, but i feel like rachel had to hold herself back around finn. jesse is on the same level as her, and they challenge each other. i like their dynamic a lot more.

I dont care about the actors personal lives. These characters always had good chemistry and I prefered her with this guy over Finn. If it wasnt for comments, I would have had no idea that in real life, they are good friends. I just saw two people with good chemistry that played characters that I shipped better then the couple the writers were going for.
And just yesterday with the final episode, it was revealed that jesse became a director which Rachel starred in and win a tony for! AND THEY ARE MARRIED. My dream just came true

and yet, with this amazing voice, Jonathan/Kristoff didn't get a decent song in that movie, to be honest I hope that at least in the new Frozen short (Frozen Fever) Kristoff sing in this new song the Lopez are composing for it (and it has to be a big part of the song please!), or even in a sequel (if they make one).

I actually really liked them together. Finn.. i love finn but we have to move on. and Rachel will always love him and hold onto his memory. and i think jesse really loved rachel, but chose arts in front of her. I really love them together, (even though i prefer Finn).

Unpopular opinion: Jesse and Rachel singing together is better than Finn and Rachel. They just harmonize so much better and I loved every song they sang together. So short lived
I always prefered Finn. And obviously finchel was the endgame. I liked finn more but i always thought jesse is rachel's soulmate. Finn never wanted to do all that "drama" he didn't want to even move to NYC. Finn and rachel loved each other, bur jesse and rachel are soulmates. I am so happy they got married, i wish we could see how he proposed. I've always shipped finn and rachel, but i am really happy jesse and rachel ended together. If she ended up with sam i would probably cry
I've looked through the comments and I guess I'm the only one who notices how these two can barely keep a straight face while singing to each other. It's incredibly funny but it's also very distracting. At 1:51 Lea outright breaks character but then snaps back into it. I would love to see the outtakes on this one cause honestly, Lea especially can only barely keep a straight face. And yes I know they're "BFF's" in real life still, funny yes but also totally breaking the 4th wall. Watch their facial expressions closely and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.
I think the laugh break out was to do with her growing comfortable. I understand where you're coming from and no it may not have been planned but I think it adds to it as she later on starts smiling more thought the song
I've noticed it too tho,but the funny thing is,that it only happens while singing. They don't break that easily while 'talking,fighting',but when you give them a song,they have a hard time being their characters.

I met Jon when we were in highschool and in productions together at epac and dat. I knew he was going to make it back then, no doubt in my mind. I'm glad he's had such a productive career.

well for me it was always jesse endgame with rachel even I knew it would be finn and I was okay with it, because I knew how much lea loved corey. But know r.i.p. corey, I hope they are bringing jesse back for rachel for her endgame because she needs love and a happy ending and I think that jesse is the only choice. because everything else would be such a shame like if they would bring in a new guy or make her hook up with sam or someone like that.

The one thing I always loved about them was that even as obvious as it was jesse loved her, he loved her enough to want her to be happy even if it wasn't with him but they always found there way back to each other, and he respected that Finn was her first love even after he died and they were dating and later engaged
