Love hearing Glen's Beautiful voice and his mastery of the guitar performing my favourite gospel classics! What a dedicated Christian, and how many trials he overcame with the Lord's help. Such a faith servant and love these songs and albums!
My dad before he passed years ago would sit on his porch and sing and play his favorite song. 'WHAT A FRIEND WE ALL HAVE IN JESUS'. GLEN WAS A CHANGED MAN AFTER HE was God's man! I cry everytime I hear this man sing and play.
What an amazing talent. Such a blessing he found peace near the end of his life in Jesus. It must have been a great comfort. God bless you, Glen Campbell.
That was SO beautiful. It made me tear up. Thank the Lord for the technology that allows us to continue to enjoy Glen's gifts even though he's no longer with us physically. Thanks for sharing it.
I love this song! My daddy's favorite. It reminds me of when a younger man, my dad would be on his porch with his guitar playing and singing it, I can hear him now saying, "Joe come up here and sing this song." I cant get enough of Glen's musical talents. God bless you my friend.
Oh man! That guitar work was splendid and combined with Glen's awesome vocal talent just makes this the best version of What a Friend We Have in Jesus. BTW, I was there, a member from 1980 till Richard Jackson retired, and I still miss that church every day.
I am not a country music fan, but I loved it. Witchetaw lineman was my favourite. Did he ever sing with The Eagles?Have a heavenly rest in the soil of your beloved Arkansas
