He was truly a music legend with a soul. His music was and still is pleasant to listen, uplifting and meaningful. I listened to him when I was a teenage living in Hong Kong, and his music transcended nationality, ethnicity and culture. Perhaps he didn't see himself as such, but he was an international star who made lives a little bit more pleasant to many people in the world. We are blessed to have him lived among us for a period of time. May he rest in peace.

The cure to Alzheimer’s is first and foremost, don’t take cholesterol lowering drugs. They deplete the myelin surrounding the brain and cause this disease. To reverse this condition, stop those nasty drugs and start eating a minimum of 6 eggs a day, either fried in butter or soft boiled. Refer to Dr Joel Wallace for more information.

Thank Felix for posting this...it can be a sad song or it can be a great way of seeing where you've been and how you've grown over the years! I choose to see the bright side of things, I will be 72 this month, July, and I feel great! I gave my life over to the Lord 25 years ago and am a full time missionary in Central America...I feel more alive today than I ever did when i was 48 and I even feel healthier. Prayer and faith have been my daily companions and the more I help the really poor here in the mountain villages the more blessed I feel. Life is awesome! He can come and take me home whenever He wants but until that day I will keep giving away what He has given me...Hope! You have a blessed day!

Yesterday, when I was young The taste of life was sweet as rain upon my tongue I teased at life as if it were a foolish game The way the evening breeze may tease a candle flame The thousand dreams I dreamed, the splendid things I planned I always built to last on weak and shifting sand I lived by night and shunned the naked light of the day And only now I see how the years ran away Yesterday, when I was young So many happy songs were waiting to be sung So many wild pleasures lay in store for me And so much pain my dazzled eyes refused to see I ran so fast that time and youth at last ran out I never stopped to think what life was all about And every conversation I can now recall Concerned itself with me and nothing else at all Yesterday the moon was blue And every crazy day brought something new to do I used my magic age as if it were a wand And never saw the waste and emptiness beyond The game of love I played with arrogance and pride And every flame I lit too quickly, quickly died The friends I made all seemed somehow to drift away And only I am left on stage to end the play There are so many songs in me that won't be sung I feel the bitter taste of tears upon my tongue The time has come for me to pay for Yesterday, when I was young

For all men were by nature foolish who were in ignorance of God, and who from the good things seen did not succeed in knowing him who is, and from studying the works did not discern the artisan; But either fire, or wind, or the swift air, *the governors of the world, they considered gods. Now if out of joy in their beauty they thought them gods, let them know how far more excellent is the lord than these; for the original source of beauty fashioned them. Or if they were struck by their might and energy. let them from these things realize how much more powerful is he who made them. For from the greatness and the beauty of created things their original author, by analogy, is seen But yet, for these the blame is less; For they indeed have gone astray perhaps, though they seek God and wish to find him. For they search busily among his works, but are distracted by what they see, because the things seen are fair. But again, not even these are pardonable. For if they so far succeeded in knowledge that they could speculate about the world, how did they not more quickly find its Lord? ................................... Jesus O Savior I know not if you are real Come Come live in me .. Save me ! Amen and Amen .................................. Revelations 22:17 The Spirit and the bride say. "Come." Let the hearer say, "Come." Let the one who thirsts come forward, and the one who wants receive the gift of life giving water.

My reference is to the Motley Fool stock advisor promising to tell you about the up and coming, booming POT industry. It is all marketing bullshit. The Motley Fool's need to retire and go the way of the dinosaurs...

Great listening to music from my younger days . This one, plus EJ's Crocodile Rock and EP's American Trilogy and RS's Satisfaction. Those 4 would be a good set for starters.

Great taste in music Felix . Great Song . Beautiful . It could be at the beginning of a Great movie before the story. Or at the end as the credits are passing by on the screen . Thanks for posting it .

I never really understood this song until I hit middle age. Now, at 57, I try to live each day as fully as I can since I can't have yesterday back.
