Yes sir, thanks Duane and Conquer for taking Matt to Cali! It is shocking to see how much faster a National level rider is than a weekend warrior! Keep er on 2 wheels and thanks for bringing us along for the ride!
Matt - If you haven't been to Glen Helen before, be aware that the bottom part of the track gets pretty sandy and the back part is kind of dry and rough. The turns at the bottom of the hills can get sandy too, at least they used to. Good luck and have a great time out there. Next to Unadilla, Glen Helen is probably my favorite US track.
Awesome stuff Matt, looks like you were feeling better on the bikes. That was some huge air on that big step up, sweet! That 150 was just singing, can't wait to see how you do this weekend.
I’m not sure about lap times, would have been tough to compare because of the track changing and there being 1000 people on the track at a time, definitely a fun bike though thank you!
That would be a good idea if I rode them back to back quick enough, it’s tough out here because the track changes so Much and there’s so much traffic out there
Something that helps with the hands is changing to dry gloves every moto. Has worked well for me, and a good excuse to have a bunch of pairs of gloves lol
Love the videos man! I have a question on your yz do you have that weird turbo sound and if so do you no what it’s from or if it’s cause for concern?? Thanks!!
Loving the bikes man!! You are looking good keep up the grind. Man I wish I could come shoot the shit but I have a dam boring ass job! But it pays the bills. That’s why I live vicariously through you!! Keep up the videos. Are you going to race the Cali nationals this season? Why not try a supercross? I think you would do well.
Thank you I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos, having a lot of fun with them! No Cali nationals this year and no Supercross ever, been there and tried it and all it’s done is beat me up
Hahaha I’m in 800s backyard so I know he’s gonna be tough, I’m just excited to see how I stack up against the west coast guys! A lot different out here but it’s gonna be fun
Try getting one of them vibrating guns, massage guns and use that on your forearms try to use in that. There’s gotta be a way around your forearms being pumped up because that problem will destroy your career.
Good motor oil petroleum base with no additives will not foul spark plugs. Modern two cycle oil is designed to phase out all two cycle engines they contain colloidal plastic and metals . Put a teaspoon on a frying pan and heat it up and compare the results. Do not use cooking oil ever ! It runs too hot and will fry a piston top on the exhaust side . the metal shavings from two cycle oil is what fouls plugs.Drench a good plug with conventional motor oil and it will start right up.Think of all the moving parts in a truck engine non roller rod and main bearings and the miles with no problems. 4 ounces conventional motor oil mixed with one gallon good gasoline .Try it in your weed-eater .
@@mattburkeen820 Oh sorry , I had a plug foul using two cycle oil . Problem solved . I think a top end failure on a video of yours ? Claim a works bike I dont want you to get hurt riding a production bike is dangerous . Automatic transmissions honey comb wheels gum-wall tires, titanium and more !
Someone told me a long time ago to put deodorant (speed stick) on my hands before I ride and you won’t get blisters…it works! I still use white tape on my thumbs though. Give it a shot it really does work!
For your sickness this might help. It's a little crazy but buy a bag of onions red white does not matter. Chop one up and put it as close to your bed as possible without making your eyes water. Have that there every night. The second part is get two grocery bags and chop up a whole onion and split it between two bags. Take those bags and put them on your feet with socks over the bags and go to bed. Do that every night and you should feel better. The biggest pores are on your feet and the onion gas goes in the body and finds bacterial infections and kills them. I had pneumonia last 4 weeks and your symptoms are very similar. This is a my 100 yr old grandmothers fix and it helps. This stuff that's floating around in the world today sucks and big Pharma is making themselves less trustworthy so back to the old trusted remedies. Hope you get your form back Matty!!!
@Richard Ferrell I don't think that's the case. Well say it is for arguments sake though, they "built it" and when he took it to his buddy they took out a spring and tuned it to get an extra 7hp. Regardless it added so much power which only happend after the spring and tune.
