Progress at our Glencoe, IL Addition / Remodel. The Interior is being finished in preparation for cabinetry and final trim work. Exterior is receiving its scratch coat for a complete stucco finish.
This project consisted of a bedroom/bathroom addition while navigating strict guidelines for roof height, side yard setbacks and floor area ratio. The result is an elegant response with geometry that responds to and respects neighboring homes while giving new life to this classic structure.
