Glendale & Burbank Fire Department Arrival To Fully Involved Residential Fire Back House ADU. 9/20/24 1342 Norton Ave. Glendale, CA. Response: BC1, BC2, E11, E21, E25, E26, E27, T21, T26, BLS27, INV24, INV26
Nice catch @The411 Love Glendale FD engines Responding their horns sound so nice along with Burbank FD Battalion Chief 1 with the dual code 3 z3 I believe it is.
Thanks! yeah they sound great, although the sirens from their prior retired lime green/yellow engines were louder and sounded better from what I remember.
Mutual aid fire departments are close to each other help each other out Plus they share the same dispatch agency so if dispatch determines Burbank is closer to a call in Glendale they will dispatch them and vice versa
Yeah, I was surprised as well, I asked him he said he rides with them sometimes. I remember reading somewhere they were doing some program or something where they send a police officer along with the fire department. If I'm not mistaken for control at scenes and fire fighter safety. If I'm wrong someone can correct me but yep I think its a trial program I read about somewhere. He had K9 and swat badge on his clothes.
@@philipfieldhouse9229 oh, yeah Glendale had the lime green/yellow engines and trucks also, they phased them out to the red ones over the last 5-8 years I think. I remember seeing the last of those a year or two ago. I liked them.
