Glennis is absolutely a star! She is definitely my favorite AGT contestant this season. While some might complain that she sings "Run to You" too much like Whitney, I don't have a problem with that at all. To me, it's like saying, "Hey, you sound too much like one of the greatest singers ever to grace the planet." Anyone who can sing like Whitney has my admiration and respect! ... And it's not just my Dutch heritage (10 generations removed) talking! 😃
John Courtright I agree.. 100%. Whitney's voice is the standard of perfection. And to to be told many times that her voice is similar to that of Whitney's is the greatest compliment any singer could possibly be given. She has it! Wow
I am truly a fan even years ago. By the way, I am from the Philippines. I always watch her videos. She's one of the most talented singers I have heard in my lifetime. 🙂
Kellz the first time I saw Glennis sing run to you,I went in tears as if Whitneys spirit was singing through her,I wear I could not stop tearing my eyes out it was so emotional,I was glad that she sang on America's got talent cause I kid you not when I made a comment about her singing on that talent show she would be recognized and I would love to hear her sing more Whitney songs on that show.
She is this good even when she held back a little, imagine if she did not hold back just like her previous performances where her version of run to you in ziggo stadium garnered 18million views on youtube. The first time I saw her video, I was transported. She is very down to earth and gorgeous. For me, she is one of the best female vocalists in the world. She took care of her voice. At 39, most singers can no longer sing the way they did before, look at Mariah and Whitney. The voice of Glennis improves over time. You did it for your son; excellence is borne out of love and you are excellent because you did it for someone you love. Thank you for showing that it is never too late to seize your dream.
Mariah still got it even though she has her struggles vocally. My girl Whitney had struggles on her own that messed with her vocals but she was still able to sing and make more classics even though it wasn't the glory days. They're all talented and gifted Ladies that I'm proud to have come my way. Rip to Nippy. 😍

When she was 15, she won a tv singers contest in the Netherlands with the song ’one moment in time’ . Now she has more than 20 years of career in the Netherlands and wants to be famous in US . That is nerves. Check her out on the perfomance in Lady's of Soul. She is the only one to come even close Whitney, her voice is flawless. She is very well known in the Netherlands.

she was very good but her voice is a little tinny to me and short of breath , you should watch morissette amon singing this song, she absolutely killed it her voice is stronger and way more resonant :)
