Untamed turned my life right side up. I’m eternally grateful for the words of wisdom, courage, and inspiration in Untamed. I’ve already read it twice, and I can’t wait to read it a third time!
Thanks Glennon and Ellen who teach us that Love Self starts from Trust: trust our intuition, to trust our emotions, feelings as information and GPS as where we need to go and what we need to change , to trust our imagination as a blueprint of our life, Love self starts TRUST.
My daughter is 21 and it was hard to let her go to University, but she has to continue spread her wings. I still worry. I trust her, it’s other people I don’t.
Your daughter will do great! :) Some day in the future she will take the lead and you will be following her. The roles will have to switch, so this is the time she learns to be a leader, just like you did years ago. You have done it, so she will too.
Ellen. These are the type of people we need in the world. Consider bringing in more people like this that can elevate humanity instead of bringing us down.
Or making us feel not enough… or not rich enough, not beautiful enough, not smart enough… and I think if this approach were considered, it would help so many humanbeings.

I was told that biking is better for your knees. Not sure how true that is but would like to know because, same as you, running is not good for my knees.
Haha She's so cute! She uses "So, Math” as the answer but it's the wrong answer. 18- 7 = 11 mins of her life she's losing per mile run. Laughing with love 😘
Can we all just take time to appreciate the authentic and beautifully genuine advice Glennon gave?! I'm sorry to say this if it offends others but.... Ellen didn't and doesn't give this kind of beautiful advice. Glennon Doyle is a breath of fresh air, which doesn't take away from anyone else's gifts but it does say so much about who she is. She feels like home. I hope that she has a show of her own soon. She has a true gift.
I love that. I have always wanted someone who would constantly have my back and cheer me on ♥️ I’m always the one doing it for my friends but I don’t have someone who does that for me!
I want to know if these are Glennon’s words. Maybe Eve wasn’t meant to be our warning, maybe she was meant to be our model. Own your wanting. Eat the apple. My inner desires are telling me what my purpose is. My need for satisfaction is my spiritual guide.
