Glenwood Springs | Colorado 

This was a wonderful day and night stay in Downtown Glenwood Springs. Not to mention it was extra special having my Mom with us! We started our mini road trip from the Denver metro area and straight down 70W. Our first stop in Glenwood Springs was the Grizzly Creek rest area and sweet detour and stretch after a 3 hour drive. This was a great spot for a bite and beautiful view of the canyon and the powerful Colorado River. Downtown was a 15minute drive from the rest area and what a cute town to drive around. My Mom and I took the Gondola up to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park for some views and a cold beer at a cool restaurant. And we found Halvor Flowstone the troll! While Joe and Brooky hung out at Casey Brewery in Downtown. We later met up with them and enjoyed some nice cold beers. We later checked in to the Holiday Inn a nice pet friendly hotel in the area. We ended our night with a delicious sunset dinner at the pet friendly Zheng Asian Bistro restaurant near by, everything was delicious! especially the tuna roll! What a great day we had! This trip gets 4+ paws from Brooklyn:)
