1. Very flexible hand files often does not need pre bending atleast for most cases. May be needed in some clinical situations but not always. 2. RCPrep (EDTA GEL) is only for canal enlargement and should never be used in early stages of canal preparation
Sir, sometimes specially in curvature in apical third part of canal difficult to negotiate and scout. So many times ledge and blocks are created and it is difficult to over come.what to do when 10 size file not going till apex? I use 8 size file 90 per cases manage in this way but sometimes 8 size also not going to apex.
yes. Definitely. Using a smaller size file will be useful to negotiate a canal if already there a pathway existing. But in many cases there will be partial calcifications throughout the canal. In those cases it is better to use a small but stiffer file rather than using a smaller size. I will cover this fact along with different type of files to use for negotiation and mechanism of calcification so that we shall understand the negotiation technique.
