The first minute showing Kolkata's Durga Puja, sets the base for the trip we undertook last October, which eventually turned out to be a memorable one. I have tried to capture Arunachal's beauty in the best way possible and reproduce the same to my viewers, but frankly, nothing can match the experience of seeing it with own eyes.
This presentation will try to port you to the valuable time we spent in Arunachal Pradesh and help you experience the wonders we found in one of the most beautiful states of India.
I have framed many of my previous tours. But, this is my first attempt to produce a quality film travelogue out of mere moving frames, on behalf of 'CLINICAL CROSSROADS' with the title 'Glimpses of Arunachal'.

Thanking you for visiting Arunachal pradesh the land of rising sun with hidden treasury of endless beauty which is gradually getting explores after all from across the country and the world. Arunachal pradesh is yet to see the light of infrastructure development, today's roadways connectivity is far better then a decade before yet any tourist wishing to explore arunachal pradesh from one end to other have to be travel via ASSAM . To begin from extreme tip of eastern and parts of central Arunachal pradesh the best option is to reach Tinsukia in Assam by train as it is well connected from across the country. From Tinsukia's assam state transport bus stand, regular Arunachal state transport buses are available for khonsa Longding Changlang Miao Nampong Diyun Namsai Chowkham Hawai Prasuramkund Tezu Roing (eastern sectors) for getting to Pasighat Aalo Yingkiong Tuting Mechuka(central Arunachal) one can now travel directly from Tezu district headquarter of Lohit or via Assam from Dibrugarh to silapather first . Then further ahead to some central parts of arunachal from north lakhimpur in Assam to Ziro Daporijo Itanagar . From Itanagar direct arunachal state bus or shared tata sumos services are available for Seppa Rupa Tenga Bomdila then Nafra Dirang Sela pass and Tawang . For return journey one can now have the option of travelling via kalaktang bordering bhutan, either upto to Rangia or Guwahati (assam) from Bomdila to reach ones respective destination. For accommodation in Arunachal pradesh the best option is to go for govt owned guest houses like inspection bungalow, circuit house, forest department guest house or tourist lodge for that , ones needs an advance booking. For further updated information please do check out from Arunachal houses or bhawans nearest to your's city .

Good to know... You all do a marvellous job keeping Arunachal connected. Thanks for watching and coming up with a constructive criticism. Regarding 'detail', my intention here was to give a broad perspective to my viewers about the whole Tawang circuit, with basic information that would help them plan their trip. Greater details were thus beyond the scope of this 20 minute video.

Your photography is very clear and nice.I shall be going to Tawang on 21st October,2018.Would you express your willingness to tell me which camera you used to make this beautiful photography.I have no such camera.Your advce may arouse my long cherished willingness to have a camera if my pocket permits so.

thanks @dipesh biswas for your encouraging words... It will be wrong to assume that I used a very costly set up to shoot the travelogue. I used my mobile phone camera (Moto G4 Plus) with a gimbal (stabilizer). if u are willing to use a mobile camera like me instead of a DSLR, you hv to look through the camera specifications before buying the phone... From what I understand, apart from Moto G4 Plus, Redmi Note 5 Pro also offers good camera in mid range (around Rs. 15k). If u can spend a bit more, u can go with Oneplus 6 or Samsung Galaxy S8/above. This is strictly according to my personal opinion. Hope this helps arousing the cherished willingness u were talking about. By the way, u have chosen a great time to visit Tawang. Make good use of ur camera!!

Hi! Lubrang and Borsakthang are about 1 hour drive from Dirang, but you would need a local person to guide you (u can ask ur hotel/homestay for help). No, it is not possible to visit them on the same day of ur journey from Dirang to Tawang.

Hello.. could we reach tawang from guwahati by shared cabs, buses.? Or any zoom car..? Also any vehicle there available for rent to go to the chinese border or we could use our own car.?
@clinicalcrossroads
@clinicalcrossroads 4 года назад
Hi! 1) U can take a bus from Guwahati to Tezpur (175 kms away). From Tezpur, shared cars to Bomdila (sometimes to Tawang) are available. I am not sure whether shared cabs to Tawang are readily available from Guwahati itself. Going to Tawang on a single day from Guwahati is not recommended either, as it is very hectic... U should take a break at Bomdila/Dirang before u reach Tawang. ----- 2) U have to hire a separate local taxi at Tawang to take u to Bumla Pass (i.e. the Indo-China border). Your hotel at Tawang can arrange this for you. ------ 3) Suggest you not drive urself (by own car or zoom car etc). Rely on local and expert drivers only. The road is risky.

@@clinicalcrossroads Is the bumla pass open in February last..? Could we reach tawang in that time.? Any closing periods.? Please tell me
@clinicalcrossroads
@clinicalcrossroads 4 года назад
Many visit Tawang in the winter when it is frozen. But if the road is closed, u have to return. February is usually a good time, but again, it depends on the road condition. I am not aware of any predetermined seasonal 'closure' time.

@clinicalcrossroads
@clinicalcrossroads 5 лет назад
It depends on how you choose to travel and can be highly variable. Budget hotels for stay, shared cars for commuting between towns are available. In that case, your per day cost can be about Rs. 800-1000/- per head (variable). Food is not costly in most places (except Tawang) and is usually comparable to other places in India. If you choose a more comfortable mode, budget will be higher. A car at your disposal is highly recommended from my personal experience. You can refer to my blog clinicalcrossroads.blogspot.com for more.
