If the GBM is IDH Wild type with Unmethylated status on the right lobe, what would be the treatment post surgery, radiation and adjuvant therapy? Also, if the recurrence is noticed within 6 months from the date of surgery near to the earlier surgery location, is there a serious concern, considering IDH wild type and unmethylated status for a male patient of 54 year old.?
