Metformin and glipizide work well for me. I've dropped 14 pounds and have stable blood sugar levels. 70 to 135. I was not hefty to begin with. So I didn't need to lose weight
Me too! But I'm slowly changing my diet recently and quit alcohol and lately the weight is starting to come down. I follow the advice given by Dennis Pollock from Saving Grace Ministries and just a few others online. Maybe eventually I can eliminate Glipizide and just take Metformin. Good luck to you.
same here. my dr took me off it, thankfully and the weight is coming off. i haven't changed my diet but noticed over the last couple years that my weight was slowly creeping up, and no matter what i did - exercise, diet - nothing would shift the extra weight.
I am on 500mg of metformin x2 in the morning. 10mg of Glipizide and 500mg metformin x2 at night. Ozempic 1mg once a week. Now ozempic helps lose weight but glipizide makes you gain weight…. Um…..🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
