As a Bowser player, I can tell you I would have definitely gotten upset and lost my patience in game 3 and 4. I know for a fact I would have gone for some stupid hard read because of my impatience and been punished for it. Props to Leon for playing with a level head and actually coming out on top.
while tea might get better placings and "play more aggressively" you gotta be kind of smooth brained to write off sinji, theres a reason hes out there fighting for super high placements and none of us yt commenters are
I think people are overreacting to Sinji's playstyle. Tea is better. We all know that, but there's so little appreciation for setup play. Not liking it is one thing, but hating it outright just seems narrowminded to me.
There some ledge counters sinji could have done to change it up Back air hydrant then upair from under ledge And the times bowser hit hydrant with fire from ledge he could have naired hydrant to count bowser can’t get out of fire faster enough to shield Lately I’ve been revere b cherry spamming then change levels and laying trampoline Forward air react z drop Seems to keep that spacing well
Cherry is under rated it’s like the jab in boxing of pac man if you use it right you can set them up and judge distance should always have a cherry out on the stage at all time They start fighting cherry and trying to shield But cherry works as a shield on its own Unless DK rolls at it But it works best when revers b the only down side is if you accidentally power pellet

I main pac man, and even though what Sinji was doing can work effectively, I just wouldn’t have fun playing that way. And I find other methods more effective anyway.
@@MinisterGold At top level the most optimal auto-pilot is camping. Both players here and everyone does it in tourney, you just brain off, respect opponent's options and play the game with not much hard cerebral work. and It's ok that's fighting games lol. you can get tired bored ect.

Cant bowser 2 frame or catch pac trying to recover with trampoline, thought leon woulda went for tht a bit specially with last game with ftilt or dtilt
Leon shouldn't use his ftilt to break the hydrant it's staling it... Same for trampoline, flames are good but 3 ftilt just to break a trampoline is just wrong
It’s because bowser strives on yoshis island you can get ko off the top off the platforms at like 75 percent and the ledges favor bowsers flame breath so he was trying to make sure he doesn’t lose
