I've done the daily 3 k gems pack and 2 94-98 and the 3 94-99 player packs nearly every day this season and the only player ive gotten above the minumum is 95 Diaz. I am so unlucky this season. its even worse though because my friend who had a much worse team to start the season with has gotten 98 rice and 98 van dijk as well as 99 Patrick Vierra.

Actually, I would suggest you to grind all the missions, open pack and collect as much fodder u can... After that, you should learn investment which will help you to go over 94.
