Beautiful tumbler!!!! I want to say thank you for explaining all the steps for your tumblers you do even like me not a beginner appreciates in depth explanation on how to do a thorough detail job.
I just started making epoxy tumblers! I am struggling with my colors separating and having gaps… do you have any advice? I am using alcohol inks and the color is is wanting to stay on the tumbler… I base coat with spray paint… any help would be amazing! I LOVE THIS CUP! ♥️♥️♥️
Hey there. You may have your epoxy too hot. A lot of times people apply heat to their cups then add the inks without allowing the tumblers to cool down. Make sure you allow it to cool down then add your inks.
Sometimes epoxy lifts vinyl. I use Quick coat sealer from CCDIY on my vinyl to avoid this from happening. I place some over the places decal. Let dry for 10 mins then epoxy
Errrmahhhhgherd! I'm a galaxy/space fan to the hilt! I have to wait to watch this video because it's late here but I can't WAIT because I want to make my friend who played EVE online (space game with spaceships and all kind of gorgeous space), a galaxy/space type themed tumber of his favorite area in the game! Gallente! :)
Hi i love your videos. They have helped me out ALOT. I have been having an issue tho. I do everything as per your instructions for prepping my tumblers. Then when i apply the alcohol ink especially the white, the resin runs away from the drips and it creates fisheyes everywhere. The resin actually goes around the drips. i use pinata white ink and magicfly colored inks. Ive tried adding more resin, less ink, heat and even tilting the cup turner. nothing has worked. Please help im getting soooo frustrated with this problem. Thank you.
Thank you for your view! Someone this happens when you add the ink to a hot tumbler. Meaning you add heat to the tumbler then the ink. Add heat then let the tumbler cool down then add the inks
Your cup is absolutely beautiful! I'm brand new to all this and just got my supplies in yesterday and am trying my luck today. I just realized I got 2x FLAT WHITE PRIMIER. I sprayed my cup and it's rough and looks kind of grainy. Not sure if I should go ahead and put epoxy so I can add my glitter and inks or if I should throw it away and go get just regular white spray paint and start all over again? Please help? :) Thanks so much in advance.
