Man if all these things come to global early. I can see instead of celebrations they just bring a sync banner with all the units we are missing on the global version if the game
“They usually never change anniversary banners” however, we’ve never been doing a sync up before so that could change a lot of things over the next two months
I will most likely be late for this. As the Premiere is at around 4 AM for me but i dont feel like staying up essentialy 4 hours when im buzzy AF tomorrow.
The only one I can see is Cell Max for the EX part or a global first EZA like FP Jiren. I would like Ui Goku but that’s its own monthly celebration, I dont want to even see how they’ll add him into 9th Anniversary celebration. As for Toppo that’s just a 2 week celebration after anniversary, since they already took most is the content from his celebration.

I might be hopeful, but it really seems like Part 3 of Global's celebration is going to be replaced by catching us up to JP character-wise, then slowly implementing the engine changes until we're all caught up.
Way too many people assume everyone is pulling for beast, anyone else here only care about the part 1 banners? Too many banners is only bad for content creators and people who need to have every unit, I'd love to have more options since there are essentially no part 2 banners for me. Not everyone is going to summon on every banner so there are plenty of people who don't care about cell, the gammas or Toppo so any new banner means nothing to them if they aren't summoning. It's not going to happen but the only option of these that I would want is UI Goku being part of the anniversary and if we do get any new banners I'd be happy if they are announced so people can plan accordingly. UI Goku and Toppo are both Universal Survival characters too so if they were the EX part in lieu of new EZA's i'd be down. Besides haven't people been saying you can get like 1000 stones doing all the anniversary content? Just be mindful of what units you really want and spend carefully instead of on every damn new thing. I'm tired of the sync shit hanging over our heads too so the faster they move banners and content forward so we can be caught up by the WWC is fine by me. The sync is such a huge deal that we should be expecting some major shifts in content to try to catch us up and if that means moving Tanabata away and freeing up time later in the year then by all means do it. One less thing to spend stones on later and to help save for whatever the Hell will be the Heroes celebration.
The cell max theory while well and good is horrible. Mainly because that's too many banners and units to budget for. Plus the download celebration is at the end of August.
The thing is, even if we get Toppo, Cell Max and UI Goku on a banner, we would still be behind JP as they will get Tanabata Part 2 before we get 9th anni Part 3.
This uncertainty about what's going to happen the 2nd half of the year is exactly why I took my current stones & future stones and gave myself a limit on how much I can spend per banner. 3400 Stones by the time the 1st banners drop. 400 on Gogeta 400 on Broly 600 on Beast 200 on Gammas 300 on Toppo 300 on Cell Max 400 on UI Goku 300 on Tanabata Part 2 300 on Heroes 400 on each of the Worldwide Banners (If I like the units) I'll stop at those points, but will stop early if I get the unit(s) before my cap. Letting luck and restraint take the wheel is the only way I'm making it out of this and surviving til 10th Anniversary alive. That should about 4800 stones meaning I'll be going into 10th Anniversary with at least 600 stones. Likely more due to Tanabata stones, extra WWDC/9th Anniversary Stones, and other celebration stones between now and 10th Anniversary.
