Great review! I'm a Janitor and I really like this push sweeper for sweeping lefes and little trash in the garage, I have a Cleanfix and a Kärcher.

Is this machine better than Karcher km 70/20?

No, but it is cheaper, $149 + tax. I dont own a Karcher so I dont know exactly but the Karcher would be better built.
