*Your explanations are clear and straight forward It's always a honor to have you here as a mentor, I appreciate you for the time being spent to educate us financially. Regardless of how bad it gets the economy, I still makeover $28K every single week. I truly value Laura, and her helpful guides*
The first step to successful investment is figuring your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but it's very advisable you make use of professional.
I know Laura, she has really set the standard for others to follow, we love her here in the UK as she has been really helpful and changed lots of lives.
Honestly, this situation makes me uneasy, especially with the potential depression, not just a recession. I'm not sure about my $130K investment strategy given the economic uncertainty.
I agree! That's why I work with one. My $520K portfolio is well-prepared for all market conditions, having grown 85% since early last year. My advisor and I are planning for this year too. In my opinion, financial advisors are among the most important professionals, just like doctors.
The cyber security architect says for the past 30 years" "Windoze security is job security for me" - true... The industries that got rid of their mainframes ( COBAL code is secure to this day, and IRS, Ford, GM, Chrysler will NEVER get rid of their mainframes in our life time) and Unix sytems (secure much more than Windoze) put their cyber posture at a lower priority.
"If you type 'Google' into Google.. you can break the internet, so please no one try it" - Jen, The IT Crowd. Ok ok so I just have to ask which idiot typed Google into Google?
If it's decentralized they can't profit in the billions. After all it's not them who suffer, they have bunkers with food for 10 years sponsored by the common folk.
...and suddenly all the people began to look away from their devices and talk to each other. People smiled and greeted one another and their was peace throughout the land.
It's true, this did start yesterday, heard from a reliable friend of a friend that a flight was not able to disembark the jet after landing for an hour or more in North Carolina because of the glitch, interestingly the fact that there were problems yesterday is not being reported.
@@viaggi3945 I would not assume that bit about the coding happening overseas. I work for a cyber security SaaS company and we do all of our dev in the US. And like I said it was just a bug… obviously a nasty one
We should have NEVER EVER have become so reliant on electronic devices. We should have invested in keeping the old school stuff and still having SOME individuals learn it.
WHY are our systems so vulnerable that if there's an outage in one company, so many things go down within a whole continent? This is a recipe for a major disaster that's most likely just around the corner. Too many vital services depend on the internet.
at the company i work at we COULD have just rolled back the update manually and rebooted the system but we needed an elevated privilaged account wich changes password every 24 hours, and because today's password was also authenticated by crowdstrike we were just sitting there like idiots being caught in a catch 22. What's the point of having local IT support if we don't have access to local infrastructure without global systems!?
Why are you surprised we have seen this happen in the past with Cloud servers and all sub vendors in the past if you do not have redundancy this can happen? It seem that CrowdStrike did not fallow standard proper procedure on Updates and Upgrades This is why there has to be multiple companies in all supply chain Redundancy and not having all your eggs in one baskets minimizes problems. Why is anyone surprise these type of outcomes are inevitable based on market trends started in the 1980's and accelerated in the 2000's, Too much consolidation in different area like : Food products, Energy, Oil & Gas, Technology we have been seeing the cause and effect since the late 1990's Keep doing the same thing you should except the same outcome or worse.
😂you know what's funny to me? Last week microsoft account services were targeted by a massive ddos attack like back in 2015 right before the massive breach of personal info in gmail and xbox live... same day my roomies employer(one of the nations biggest natural gas providers) started having extreme issues with their system.... I dont think I saw one news agency cover it the original attack... and now its global 😂😂😂
CNBC: The question you need to ask Crowdstrike is how much if any of the code that bricked computers worldwide was written by AI??? Did AI code or combination hybrid AI-human code cause this massive glitch?????
CNBC falling all over themselves they love the drama nothing like drama🤣 darn it. I was hoping to buy Microsoft down $12 but it’s already back almost to yesterday’s closing price.🥴🥴 the horror NASDAQ is down 39 points and rising😂😂😂
@@ekop1778 sounds like a you problem. Crowdstrike serves business not individuals, and they have nothing to do with cell phones. But keep pushing your bs.
