Must I go to a high court in lagos to request a certified true copy stamp on my authenticated documents before legalizing it at the Korean embassy Lagos?

Hii this is probably a silly question but I am confused. According to the official application guidelines, or the first round you submit 1 copy of everything to your country's Korean embassy, then it says you submit one original copy and 3 photocopys of everything to NIIED. But for GKS-G, it says the result for round 1 is only announced March 22 but also says your round 2 documents will make it to NIIED by April 1st at the latest. Of course, this would not be enough time for some countries' documents to arrive in Korea. I am confused, for the first round do we submit 1 original + 3 photocopies to the embassy, and then if we are selected they will send it to NIIED themselves? By the way you explained the copies here that's what it sounds like to me but I'm not sure.

I have a question regarding proof of citizenship, I have the original document for my citizenship and it shows the names of my parents, and my passport also shows the names of my parents. My question is: Is is ok to submit a copy of the citizenship documents, even though it's not in English? Along with a passport copy?
