@KarmaKeith You need to have about lvl 180. Then go to devias talk to some girl in northwest of devias. She will give you a quest. For this quest you will need to get the scroll of emperor and soul of wizard. Bring alot of zen tho. Then just bring those two items and she will turn you into one :)
