Considering Square Enix as an entire company lost 100+ million last year, I'm shocked this game is still going. Y'all worrying about free stuff in a gacha game is the least of their concerns right now.
We should be more conservative in managing our lapis resources. As in the news said SQEX is focussing more on console game and will cut budget on mobile game platform. In short they are losing money. Brave Exvius will be impacted some way. We don't how long it will stay up. Sadly, Brave exius is at life support now

At this point they already had to figure out their games sells more at PC than PS. Who could imagine limiting your games to a single plataform = less sales. Wow, such a big discovered they did.
This is on Gumi. Square Enix licensed their products to Gumi and gets a share of the revenue. With fewer active players and a small team working on FFBE, Gumi is making Lapis scarce to push players to spend more. I don't think it's a good strategy, but that's their choice.
Guess I will be skipping this banner as well. I didn't pull for for NV+ Rain and ended up getting 2 copies of him on Green tickets summons, then 1 NV+ Lasswel and Sophie from the purple tickets, then finally the new Zyrus from the ad summons. All for free. I really don't feel like pulling for NV+ units when there still no content where they estabilish the power level meta.
Well this is most likely going to be another boring month with next to nothing as content but it's always nice to hear a female talking about units or the game.

I think the issue with GL is that they have been giving out replica lapis instead of real lapis. Not sure if that adds up to the same amount, but even if does, it's useless. They are adding new unit fragments into a shop that you can't get tickets for anymore (and support says it's working as intended), and replica lapis can't buy you fragments for relevant units. So, less real lapis, less fragments, and well, no new content. I stopped buying bundles when they started this replica lapis business. No lapis for us, no money for them.

I admire how you can still be optimistic =P Now, with Lulu being released, I wonder if they'll release Jecht and Yuna as well, or if they'll both be skipped since Bart and Emeralda are basically better versions of them, and Celeste and Xon take care of the 100% amp part as well.
Did Gumi ever give any explanation why global version is skipping content? On "paper" they would need to swap translated text files and they are good to go..
I have a feeling they’re gonna do a Lulu replacement/upgrade for the Anniversary due to all of the big field buffers having a global counterpart that’s better in every sense of the word cuz sure we got her on Global but that probably won’t stop them from putting out a better version of her. Also the Anniversary better be crazy considering the content drought we’ve had for the past month and a half. 🤞🤞
If they skip DQ, Saga, FF10 and only do Vann/Bash and then Firion/Guy the rest of the month, Anniversary will be just in time for Cloud/Red/Tifa/Yuffie and FF16, which might be what they are going for since those will be major pulls.
There is no content to log in and use energy. No FFBE updates videos means something. Story content....well there's nothing exciting. It's getting sad indeed. Still cheering the game out.
@Sinzar Sterne Crest Pass was set up the same way as Penelo is. I think that Gladio did get you to EX2 for free however...need to go back and check though.
I have seen other people discuss EOS with better content than this in other games, we should just be trying to guess when GL its going to shut down, it feels like after anniversary or instead of anniversary they will announce it

Dunefaring King Bart is still sharing a banner with Maria, Maybe it's worth it to go for him, Sinzar, no? Getting one copy of him guarantees an EX+2. He just seems too useful a Leader skill to skip. His banner goes away during maintenance this week.
Dunefaring King Bart is Light leader. It will be nice to have him if you want to build Light team. Down the road Light team will lose its shine. The current meta in JP server is Thunder / Fire team. I'm saying Cloud FF7 and Clive FF16 will be the new meta.
Wow I just was told about ffx and then I saw the news and just laughed. Sorry Global, you're dark times is happening since December 2023 and now we are in the end game of service time because you guys will have least than 7 months left before Eos. Enjoy your sad timeline with all of those missing units and content.
I mean, I would be shocked if they immediately made a replacement for Lulu. Ang preemptively replaced Rhus, and Celeste replaced Neilikka after when they'd arrive. We skipped them entirely because they were irrelevant. Also because Xon was our Dark GL unit, so it'd be weird to get one twice in a row, unless CoW is first week of June and maybe again at the end for Anni. Also, did check, it's a whole -25 on the shards, -75 with the pass. Sad. Still, light got 2 members for free. Also make sense since she's clearly worse than Xon for the same roll. Now they don't need to upgrade a JP unit to a new standard. It was funny seeing all the news and thinking "wait a second" and going to the event tab and seeing nothing new. Big sad.
it's like 50 to EX1, then we need another 75 just to EX2, right? If we do not pay, then we need ~2 months to EX2 her. My humble opinion - I dont think that is "free". Because, in the past, with free lapis and VIP coins etc, we still can EX2 a unit relatively faster.
