The word of God is the only book we need. Anyone who makes you think you need their book to understand some mystery revelation only they have is using your ignorance of God's word to make a profit. ❤️

I felt led to share and ask a few things. Please share your thoughts. Is The Passover Lamb a shadow of Yeshua? Can Revelation can be understood through the lens of Passover? I Corinthians 5:7 tells us that Yeshua has become our Passover. Yeshua is the fulfillment of Passover. In Exodus chapter 12, Passover is considered in traditional Judaism as the crowned feast of the Jewish holidays. A time of celebration and of deliverance. In Colossians 2: 16-17, all feasts/appointed times are shadows of Yeshua. Yeshua fulfills all feasts and is the substance of them. In the book of Revelation, Yeshua is referred to as the Lamb 29 times and it is his predominant title in that book. "Lamb" is Passover language. Here are a few examples: Revelation 5:6 "Lamb standing as if slain" Revelation 5:12-13 "worthy is the Lamb that was slain" "and to the Lamb be blessings and honor and glory and dominion forever and ever" and still 26 more references too, of the Lamb. In John 1:29 when Yeshua came to be baptized, John the Baptist pointed at him and said, "the Lamb of God." From the inception of Yeshua's ministry, he was called the Lamb of God. The last meal that Yeshua had with his Disciples was a Passover meal. In Matthew 26:19, 26-28 Yeshua raised his wine and blessed it and said, "take and drink, this is my blood shed for you for the forgiveness of sins in the covenant." The book of Exodus, chapter 12, is where the Lamb terminology comes from and references to his blood . (12:5) the Lamb must be unblemished and the new testament refers to Yeshua as "the unblemished Lamb of God" (12:6) every Israelite family was to take their own individual lamb and ALL family members took part in putting their lamb to death. This is Yeshua showing each family member that it is for "everyone's" sins. Yeshua died for ALL of us. The key to the Passover experience and the deliverance out of Egypt was the blood of Yeshua. We are all saved by his "blood." In Revelation 21:27, we see that all that are delivered and in heaven are all written in the Lamb's Book of LIfe. Remember? Israel was delivered because they put the blood of the lamb on the doorposts. Ephesians 1:7 says that we have redemption through his blood (of the Lamb). Looking deeper into the book of Exodus and as we consider Pharaoh, he oppressed, enslaved, and mistreated the Israelites. Is Pharaoh a shadow of satan/antichrist? He had no feelings for God's people. He hated and mistreated them. He did it in Egypt. Egypt is a shadow of the world. He did it to Israel which is a shadow of the Church. We, the church, are being oppressed in the world. And then we have Moses and Aaron. They were God's two witnesses in Egypt. Moses and Aaron were given the power to release plagues on the land of Egypt. Are Moses and Aaron shadows of the two witnesses in the book of Revelation? (11:3 & 6). They will be given the power to bring down plagues on the world. The plagues that fell on Egypt locally will then fall upon the world globally, by the two witnesses. I'd like for everyone to consider two final questions though....... (1) If everything that I stated above may be correct, where was Israel while the plagues were falling? Israel was in Egypt, right? If the book of Exodus is a shadow for how we need to interpret the tribulation in Revelation, Israel was present for many of the plagues. The Israelites were either given protection, or, weren't there when it happened, but they were present in Egypt. When the Nile turned to blood, it affected everyone in the land. Before the final wrath of God was released on Egypt, when all the Egyptians died in the sea, the tenth plague was released. Every Egyptian household's firstborn died and the Israelites were thrown out of Egypt. In heading towards the Promise Land and as they came to the Red Sea, Pharoah had changed his mind after the tenth plague and came after them. They were now trapped at the Red Sea. Moses was then told by God to touch the water with his staff and then the Red Sea supernaturally divided. (2) My last question is: wouldn't that possibly be a shadow of the rapture? It's easier for Yeshua to get us out of Egypt than to get the Egypt out of us!! God Bless all of you and thank you for all that you've taught us!!
@@josberry8180 Christians often come to different conclusions on what the Bible teaches on a whole host of subjects. All we have to do is drive down the street and see a Baptist Church on one corner, then a Lutheran Church on another, then a Catholic Church, a Presbyterian Church, and on and on to come to the conclusion that there isn’t one, but a host of different Christian messages. Christians disagree on many things, such as as how to interpret Genesis 1-2, how to understand the sovereignty of God and the responsibility of humans, what happens during communion, when someone should be baptized, how the gifts of the Spirit manifest themselves in us, when Christ is going to return, and on and on. Such differences may lead some people to conclude that if Christians can’t agree on what the Bible teaches, then why bother with it all. That's why whole Christianity is BS.
