Some useful hints and tips
If you are intending on using the water park purchase the holiday which includes the water park unlimited access, it is a short 10 min walk to the waterpark and there is plenty of shade and sunbeds.
Entrance fee for the water park is:
€25 per adult
€15 per child over the age of 3
under 3's are free
The all inclusive is NOT included at the water park unless you are staying at the Globales Los Delfines.
Soft drinks in the water park will cost €3.50, a beer will cost €3.60
If you are travelling with 2 children over the age of 3, one will be sleeping on the sofa bed, the other on the pull out bed underneath which is not ideal.
There are 2 separate air conditioning units within your room, both controlled via the same remote which is good.
The front doors to your room has a glass pane in it which lets all of the light through so we had to cover this up with a towel.
Room service is only on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, which is poor as we ran out of towels although you can get additional towels from reception.
Staff are friendly and accommodating.
There are 2 buffet restaurants to choose from.
The kids water park is great and closes at 18:00.
There are no lifts required to any part of the hotel, therefore easily accessible for anyone in a wheelchair or with a pram so better to be on the bottom floor.
You are unable to hire the poolside towels, however you can purchase these for €10 each
