its not the old school delis where they know what they serve out proudly! these new places dont know man unless they are taught by the older generation to carry on! tell me if you find any old school delis!
the other day i went into NOLT's a local deli and asked for three slices of ham 1/4" thick and they looked at me like a deer in headlights! there is a dial for thickness why do people not know the increments on this dial? are they thousandths hundredths or what? the numbers are there for a reason why is this overlooked in training?
