I got something weird for y'all.. My G19X has a gritty, long & funky 6lb pull, stock. So I installed a OW Precision TAC Trigger w/Bar, Mater Trigger Spring Kit, 3lb Black Yikes Connector, polished everything & it still has a funky 5lb pull. Now, I recently bought the $179 SW4 Complete Dagger Upper & slapped it on my G19X Lower & my trigger pulls are 2.7-3lbs! (With those internals listed above) It was cheaper to buy a complete upper than send my stock upper off to have milled & Cerakoted.
I could care less about timer, speed. I'm concerned with free travel, wall, break. Lb., Reset. Compared to stock. I have 2 kits on the way for my G19X and G26 Gen5. Will be interesting. Your more impressed with the cleaner break than other tubers. I'm into target, varmit control, space invaders robbing my chicken and duck eggs. Long range shots. Please do a follow up comparison video after you have a few hundred rounds through both. Get a trigger scale. Put some masking tape on the side of the trigger guard. Sharpie mark for beginning, the wall, fired and return after reset. Good luck, shoot safe New Hampshire 🎯💥👀👍
Tried the performant trigger and I’m going to return it due to the fact that the trigger shoe tends to get caught on the frame. Huge safety issue when milliseconds count. Not worth the reduced trigger weight.
I would try removing it and then use a file to make a little clearance. I just checked mine and I have an 1/8th inch between the trigger and the trigger guard.
