No. Spicebush yi sang has that s3 sinking deluge effect, which is the reason sinking can get such massive damage. (sinking deluge multiplies sinking potency and sinking count, and then deals gloom damage equal to the number that was gained after multiplication. The formula should look somthing like this: Sinking count*sinking potency=gloom damage dealt)
If you have fluid sac, don't. Instead, replace butler outis with molar ish. She had ~-1 sinking count application on all of her skills, and her passive is great when fighting in normal encounters. Also, I would suggest against using hobo cliff, mostly because he GAINS more sinking than he applies to others. Hell, he might as well be considered as a rupture id, because his s2 and s3 inflict a decent amount of rupture potency
