You really are a life coach! One of my favourite videos of yours!! Absolutely loved the advice and how wise you are with dealing with being lost and insecure at a certain age and don't know what the future holds - when you were asking Gloria who knows what the future holds and how many of those plans actually worked and how many didn't - that was so true! Life is equal for everyone.

I'm a people pleaser too. The Chinese is 讨好型人格. I have many friends before, but because i don't know how to make a boundary i felt very tired. Just like what you said "emotional vampire". Now i almost don't contact friends maybe i will lose them but i make myself comfortable.

I just lost my previous job because of the covid and about to start over my career at 30. Honestly I am kinda feeling lost and frustrated. But thank you Linda for this video and the inspiring words, they do lighten me in some way.🙏🏻

Thank you both for sharing! Linda really seems much more mature, calm and confident now compared to those days when she was in Tvb. I think her theory works! And that's cool! I kinda resonated with Gloria when she talked bout her insecurity about the future. Guess that's normal for everyone in their 20s :') But Gloria, you're actually doing great! I love Hailey in 换命真相!! Hope to see you two acting together on-screen one day! No matter what the future holds, I hope we all can enjoy our lives. Like what Linda shares, live in the moment

maybe Linda has been so successful so early in the beginning. She just doesn't seem to see the struggles Gloria is going through. Winning pageant and becoming a successful actress are independent. Some Ms Pageant whom lost have had a successful career. There are so many factors that play along like now Gloria is being targeted for not catching up, being late, being too busy that she did not have time to read scripts....she may not have a second chance though I do hope she does given I enjoy her performance. But typically, the acting team would choose easy going people like Linda to act in the drama, rather than difficult Gloria. it's sad.

HI Linda, not sure if you will be seeing this but just wanna drop some words to tell you that I’m getting more impressed by you. I wasn’t really like you previously because the roles that you picks for HK series are mostly not the type that character I like. After watching you YT channel make me realise that you are far more different compare to the character you acted on TV. You are really inspirational and optimistic to share us a lot of positive vibes. More and more Like your Channel especially in English spoken. Keep it up and believe your channel will be getting more and more viewers with ur positive vibes. Cheers!!

Your comment on appreciating and deliberately living in the present moment is a reminder of what Eckhart Tolle espouses in his book The Power of Now. It's a fascinating experience when one is able to consistently experience it in their day to day life. It takes practice and you seem to have nailed it. Gloria used to work for TD bank but did not pass probation and I guess that actually made her decide to go back to Hong Kong and join the pageant contest. So that actually worked out well for her.
