i want to think this isnt just a level leitmotif, it's v1's leitmotif. It's an unstoppable, terrifyingly lethal force of man. No matter what hell throws at it, it'll slaughter for it's own survival.
makes me wonder if heavily twisted versions of the leitmotif apear all over the soundtrack but im just too bad at music theory to pick them out. especially with the glory motif showing up in a non crescendo level with 7-4, where it can be heard in parts of the song "war without reason".
@@sockducttape9681 yeah, it's especially heard when V1 is making his escape after they give the earthmover a lobotomy, when the battles turns to V1's favor.
When you realize the glory leitmotif, and the castle vein leitmotif would work in a breakcore song together because theyre in the same key technically...
Thats not alters of apostasy, that's a seperate part called 'halls of sacrilegous remains" and its a reprise of castle vein, which plays in 1-3 aka "halls of sacred remains" Its supposed to be a throwback about how bad you were when you were playing act 1 when compared to now, and that you've grown alot. Also halls of sacrilegous remains only plays in the part of the level where there's 2 hideous masses, which is again a reference to 1-3, and also other previous bosses.
Maybe we all got it wrong and that leitmotif isnt just minos', but of men and its fight against heaven. I don't know if sisyphus has that motif hidden somewhere in war, but if it does, it just confirms more my theory that it is just a main theme if the soundtrack.
i heard an E note, that must be order lemotif! (i do understand the similarities, and the diferences in 3-1 and 6-1 but you cant just call the lemotifs the same)
