@@stijnhilhorst4141 Either Petchpanomrung or Allazov. IMO Petchpanomrung should be number 1 because Beztati is the number 5 best Kickboxer at 70 KG and if Petchpanomrung beat him in his 70 KG debut fight then that should be enough to dethrone Allazov.
So many casuals in the comments. Japan is known for being the most biased country when it comes to judging and even refereeing a fight. Imagine going to a fight where everyone in the venue is against you. Also, the amount of clinch that petch is using is 100% allowed under glory and rise rules.
@@TheMendo123 Petchpanomrung is fighting Tyjani Beztati next. Beztati is the sixth best Kickboxer in the world at 70 KG. If Petchpanomrung beat Beztati then he will be the best P4P Kickboxer in the world.
@@8limbedwarriornakmuay504 definitely a strong argument. I think petch will probably lose though even though I am rooting for him. I think he is too small for lightweight and this guy especially is very big and awkward. It's a tough stylistic matchup for petch
@@TheMendo123 Petchpanomrung is a big guy for a 145 lbs fighter. He has complained numerous time that its getting very difficult for him to get down to 145 lbs. I think Beztati is gonna lose clearly because he didn't look great in his last title defense against Stoyan. Beztati easily lost to the two best fighters that he has every fought ( Sittichai and Marat ), i think Petchpanomrung is gonna win and win it impressively. After that he can fight Enriko Kehl, Elvis Gashi, Stoyan Koprivlenski and Josh Jauncey who are all signed with Glory, he can even go down to 145 lbs and defend his title against a worthy contenders and fight the 145-155 lbs contenders at RISE.
Petchpanomrung's weapon launch All that heavy....if using Muay Thai A Japanese boxer would probably get knocked out by an elbow or neck hit and knocked out in the knee.
Sorry but I dont enjoy watching fighters who defend themselves over and over by tying the other guy up. The ref is too involved, the action keeps stopping, its not how the sport was meant to look and in a real fight you would get headbutted or poked in the eye for doing that. Both fighters did it but Perch started it. I wish boxing and kickboxing would penalize this behavior or else this sport may no longer be worth watching in my opinion.
Petch beat another Japanese Haraguchi in the past in the same way. A lot of clinches, pushing and throwing. If these are allowed, he will continue beating every opponent. I’m no judge so whatever. But I can say this. Petch’s fight is boring as fxck
I didn't realize 2 rounds have passed until the 3rd round was announced, because of how boring and what looked like no skills, whatsoever in striking, from Yamada. He did absolutely nothing.
I doubt you'd fight any better against a fighter who kicks your groin within the first 30 seconds of the opening round, dirty clinches, and all around is a dirty fighter 🙄🙄🙄
@@arvinquazi788 I am not saying he is a bad fighter. Just that his behaviour does not belong in the sport. It is better suited for the schoolyard. Respect is a basic principle especially in martial arts, you should try it.
muay thai fighters can't win without a clinch, an example of this is what allazov did with sittichai and superbon, nikey holzken vs cosmo alexandre, massato vs buakaw, when kiatmokao tried to move up in category he faced a much taller guy, o that prevented your clinch game, the result kissed the canvas, muay thai is an overrated fight, in self defense if you clinch take a headbutt right in the nose, or finger in the eye, or a blow to the fucula, kick in the balls, in MMA if you clinch take a takedown, clinch is very good for muay thai, other than that it's risky,
All KO's I see from Muay Thai fights are about head kicks, elbows, punches and knees. Sometimes with low kicks and middles. A headbutt from a simple person of the street is a sissy headbutt. A Muay Thai fighter can recieve heavy damages from heavy hits, infinity more powerful than a headbutt from somebody inexperienced from the street. The head of a experienced muay thai fighter recieves heavy elbows, head kicks, punches and sometimes knees from experienced fighters. A Muay Thai roundhouse kick is more powerful than a kickboxing kick. MMA is the most complete combat sport. Kickboxing is worst than Muay Thai in streets. In streets, nobody headbutt like a Lethwei fighter. Buakaw did punches and kicks more harder and heavier than K1 fighters from K1 world grand prix. In my city, there's a lot of Muay Thai fighters working in Security at night in disco clubs, and they never go to hospital. Never. Stop talking shit, go to a Muay Thai gym and fight VS professional fighters. Go to Thailand and fight VS them. You are gonna go home in a wheelchair.
An MMA fighter can recieve 2 fingers on eyes, kicks in balls... Muay Thai is better in self defense than Kickboxing. MMA in streets is not the same in a gym, the ground is pure rock, irregular and 10 people VS an MMA fighter, the fighter go to hospital. In streets someone can have a knife of 40 cm's. The best in self defense is train to be Usain Bolt. A baseball bat can drive to the hospital a experienced MMA fighter, and a gun can kill a gorilla, tiger or a rhino. That's why Krav Maga is olny for Hollywood. If I headbutt my coach who is an european champion and 3 times belguim champion of Muay thai, he is gonna laught
@@slr2360 KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. I think the years of elbowing you got killed your other nerve now you only have one, be careful he doesn't die of loneliness kkkkkkkkkk, just because of what you said, buakaw landed stronger blows, but that's it, strength alone doesn't solve everything in a fight hahahahaha, if it was just strength it was just putting a powlifting fighter and it ended up strength for strength, if that was how muhamed ali would never have been champion of anything since he won his fights with speed and strategy, now tell me if the buakaw hit so hard like that, why do muay thai guys tie the fight so much? why do you keep hugging us when you know you can't exchange punches with us at the same intensity? Why don't they punch each other instead of being cowardly pussy hugging us? Do you want to kiss us or do you want to dance next to us? Kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, Regarding the head, you said that a normal and untrained person would not be able to cause damage to someone who fights muay thai, of course against lay people on the street anything will do, any martial art will serve against someone who is not trained, and it can If you catch a layman on the street, don't worry that you won't be headbutted, because the headbutt would be applied in the clinch and I believe that you would knock out a layman without needing to use the clinch, since you only use the clinch with those who know how to fight, with who has good hands there as your boxing is mediocre you will be hugging, grabbing hahahahahahaha one more proof of your stupidity. And in relation to MMA not being used on the streets, you might be right, MMA might not even see it on the streets, but I guarantee you that MMA is closer to being efficient than that crap you train kkkkkkkkkkkk, aahhh I know you train because you like to cling to your training partners, right kkkkkkk, regarding you saying that a fighter is used to taking hard punches, the other martial arts also take it hahahahahhahaah, guys are used to it too, and if head da wasn't efficient, there wouldn't be the k.o that happen at LEITHAI or accidental headbutts in MMA, BOXING, KICKBOXING events where guys close their eyes, break teeth.
@@slr2360 Proof that your neurons were corroded in time, a gun, baseball bat or any weapon is better than a fight, by your logic, which had a bazooka or a nuclear weapon would have the advantage, I'm talking about unarmed combat, don't come with no, your lame excuses, because you know that against an MMA fighter your crappy clinch is no use for shit, in fact against a lethwie fighter your clinch would be a joke kkkkkkkkkkkk, against a judoka or wrestling he would stick his head underground and the rest of the 3 neurons you have would die kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk so, not your lame excuses no, and surely your muay thai must be better than kickboxing for self defense, with your footwork from a tree, movement with your head still, maybe that's why what great master of self defense preferred to add kickboxing or savate to their systems than that shit you fight, and MMA fighters from both UFC, PRIDE, BELLATOR and the main organizations around the world (apart from ONE FC cuz it's Asian) have a fight base more versed in kickboxing than in muay thai neh? The guys go to Thailand to learn an elbow strike and go back to their kickboxing training. Funny that currently the top 5 UFC STRIKES are kickboxers (ADESANYA, ALEX PEREIRA, VOLKANOVSKY, STEPHEN THOMPSON, MAX HOLLOWAY huh? I don't see anyone on the basis of that crap you fight
