Glove Relacing: My Leather Lab Setup 

Using this setup allows me quick access to almost every tool that I might need to get those gloves back to looking good and playing good.
My setup is broken up into three areas:
1. On the table, tools that get used often to disassemble or relace
2. Supporting equipment that is used once during a normal relace and recondition (skiver, pocket grease, cleaning and conditioning supplies)
3. In the cabinet are things that may be needed occasionally during certain jobs, like hole punches, seam rippers, awls, etc.
This small area is where 99% of the work happens, well over 3,400 gloves at this point.
