I bought some of the red, 2 x 5 ft, for my car, haven't put it on yet. Not doing whole car, but I think I'll wait to see the follow-up videos. Looking forward to it.
Like the glow in dark, don't like the base white. Seen people glow paint spray Plasti dip. Can we experiment? Just glow paint spray another vinyl like say black carbon. How would the carbon look after the glow spray? Does it frost? Does it remain clear?
I already bought a red vinyl one for a custom logo on my car but it never stays lit up. Actually, I should remain a few time before driving lighting up the entire logo with a torch so it remain bright enough by night. I have a question though: Is a UV torch a good solution to make it bright enough and for a long period of time? Second, how long should I light the vinyl up so it remains red quite a bit of time in the dark? Let me know
@@LookOut-km4eg Yesterday night, I actually used my 365nm uv torch on my thermoluminescent vinyl on my car but it didn't light up or barely lit up: I wouldn't have expected this given that's a special uv light! 😯 So I really don't know what to use to make it shines long enough.. 🤔
@@ALEXAGON ah, been awhile forgot there's IR and UV. UV is roughly below 400nm and IR is 600+ . I was thinking IR. Both go out of range of eyesight. The IR is a higher frequency which is a more dense wavelength with more energy I do believe. So using a UV light may not charge the particles as good as IR or even white light . Looking for the nm of white light I found this "So, white light cannot be assigned a single wavelength, as it is composed of wavelengths of different colors. we commonly refer to white light having a wavelength between a range of 400 - 700 nm"
There's a video of a is300 with this film on and he uses a ultraviolet laser pointer instead of a torch. Looks really cool. Who makes this wrap Christian?
