Labmuffin beauty science (a legit cosmetic chemist) did a detailed video on why spf sticks/sunscreen sticks dont give the best coverage. It’s good for touch ups but not recommended as your main spf protection.

I LOVE that stick! Thursdays are my day at work (veterinary hospital) to help the radiologist with her ultrasounds and I am spending a good chunk of the day walking pets in and out of the building. This stick is so easy to run over my face every two hours!

Shiseido has a really good sunscreen stick. One of my favs

How many layers do you have to put on to get the spf coverage? Labmuffin should review this!

Can you do an spf video? I sweat on my face a ton in summer, but every spf makes me sweat even more! Im using the trader joes facial sunscreen now, the formula feels similar to Vaseline but lighter, my other go to is LaRoche Posay Anthelios but still, i sweat like mad! I end up not reapplying like i should because my skin just feels so disgusting after all the sweat!

I'm old and dry and the Dew Balm SPF stick gives my skin a fresh, hydrated, dewy look and feel, but I believe this will be incredibly greasy for anyone who leans oily.

Labmuffin already demonstrated the ineffectiveness of spf sticks as anything but a touch up. Skincare in make-up is cool, but let’s ask a dermatologist about its effectiveness.

Korean stick spf are way moree better and affordable.

You still need to use moisturizer even if you have an oily complexion!

Well, I got my spf stick from Beauty of Joseon for 17€, which is compared to Glow Recipe not only way more affortable, but also better, bc the stick is green and it neutralise redness.

TINTED has a good clear stick sunscreen

I use flesh toned zinc oxide sticks. It can be hit or miss with shades but for me I need zinc oxide especially for my nose that has no pigment.

Could you please let me know of the best tinted moisturizer?

I am be curious as to which tests it underwent to get the SPF 45, like are we talking US SPF testing vs European/ Australian testing because I an aware there is a pretty distinct difference between the two

I love the drops but it always clogs my pores, don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what. This will probably do the same sadly.

If I have a moisturising sunscreen, should I skip the moisturiser? I often find I have to wait between the products a while to avoid pilling but still, my makeup slides straight off on t zone.

First off love your channel!!!! But I have the Starface clear spf and it feels like putting grease on my face. Maybe it's expired cause I did buy it from Marshall's but it is just not my thing so if anyone has the Starface clear spf I want to know does it feel greasey or oily?

I haven't tried this particular product, but i wouldn't say "obviously great for all skin types"! These balms tend to turn very greasy for oily skin

But would it lift your make up if you reapply that’s what I’m interested in knowing

I hated their original sunscreen so I am interested in this one

Glow Recipe is just doing what east Asian beauty has been doing for years. I bet the formula is a bit more elegant and less likely to sensitize you, but it's also way more expensive.

It’s too small I absolutely despise small spf/sunscreens it’s absolutely ridiculous and a WASTE considering you need a good amount of product to get adequate sun protection from sunscreen

Neutrogena makes a stick. Way cheaper

FYI for those that decide to buy into the gimmick. This will not be enough sun protection by itself! That has been proven by dermatologists and chemist 🧪! You would have to use a regular traditional sunscreen right along with this! Even for using this for reapplication, you need to at least do 4 to 6 wipes if one just one small area! It even tells you on the packaging to at least do for swipes on each small section! So when you take that into account it's not worth the price tag that comes with it! You're literally just fine the name and the cute packaging and the watermelon ingredients to get your attention! But this is a waste of money it's not good enough for sun protection by itself! And God knows we have plenty of people who don't even wear sunscreen or those that don't know how to wear enough of it like they're supposed to for the proper sun protection as it is!
