You can use ice on your skin to get glowing skin too. I am using it and my skin is getting better and better each week, you just need to have patience and apply everyday on your face, you wont get pimple from the 4th day, your acne will get reduced from week 1, its very useful. I am saying this from my own experience. Use one ice cube per day
⚠️ warning for longer eyelashes, it is better to use coconut oil or olive oil and castor oi instead of vaseline. because there are several cases of swollen eyes due to the use of vaseline on. be safe!

@@ItsRuna700 yess it worksss butttt I also use this for many months because results were visible but then my lips started chapped so baddd then I used honey at night which was a saviour for my lips when my lips gets normal i again start toothpaste on my lips but same thing happened again my lips get chapped so bad that now I have to use honey again 🤦🏻♀️
Instead of using ice, use Vaseline and put it under your dark circles, I don’t know how long to do this, but just do it every night when your getting ready for bed, I do this and it works a lot! You don’t have to, I just recommend it.

A tip for the dark circles is that when you finish a lipbalm or lipstick u can clean it up and put water inside. Then put it in the freezer and wait for the water to become a ice lipstick for eyes
1. Do not use ice Directly on skin it will irritate skin further, instead use cold spoon/ green tea bag (use the one which do not contain flavour, drink organic green tea and use the used teabag on eyes) 2. You can also use castor oil for eyebrows and eyelashes, but be careful as it can sting eyes. Use a very thin brush and apply on eyelids along eyelash and rub and massage it in on eyebrows. ( It worked faster for me) 3. White teeth? Use hydrogen peroxide strips for teeth.DO NOT USE ACTUAL HYDROGEN PEROXIDE! It'll damage your teeth. Brush twice. Use whitening toothpaste you can also ask your dentist for toothpaste recommendation. 4. Do not use makeup if it is not necessary. Let your skin breathe if you have acne prone skin. 5 drink a lot of water.(Obviously, so it's not a tip it's a reminder) 6. I'm personally allergic to raw honey. So check before using. Use any products on back of your elbow as that is a sensitive place 7. Use fragrance free products on your face. Do not forget to moisturize. Wash face every night properly before sleeping any how no excuse unless you're unconscious in the hospital 8. Use vasline on lips only at night.you need spf on daytime on the lips. 9 *IF YOU ARE HAVING A HAIRFALL* a) you can also mix coconut oil and castor oil, warm it up and apply it and massage the scalp. Use a plastic bag or a shower cap to let it absorb. b) Before washing the oil off brush you're hair and remove and knots and tangle. Wet your hair before applying shampoo. Do not lether up the shampoo on your hand you need to push it in on you scalp and lather on you scalp. You can apply on the ends but do not rub it on the ends. Wash two times not more not less. c) After cleaning with shampoo, its time for conditioning. Use a mask or conditioner after shampooing every time. Squeeze all the water out of the hair, you can use hair towel to soak the excess water(i use thin cotton fabric towel, it's good for skin and easy to wash and drys quickly). You want damp hair for conditioning not wet hair so the conditioner wont get diluted. Apply all over the length as much hair you can cover. Do not apply on scalp and you can also use shower cap or plastic bag on the head to warp it and take a warm towel dipped in hot water to give heat to hair(you can use it once or twice a month) d) Now you can dry your hair as you want i use dryer as a little heat is not harmful for me (saying after experience) everyone have different hair so try heat drying for few times and air dry for few times. You and let you hair dry under fan too or you can sun dry on winters experiment and find whichever method suits your hair. As for me my hair is very thick so it takes a very long time to air dry and leaving my hair wet for a long time doesn't feel good not for my hair and my head either. So need a quick method to dry my hair. Might not eork for you. You should try all these and find the suitable method for you. e) when your hair is 80-90% dry use a light layer of serum on hair and when it drys 100% use the serum again. Try applying a lightweight oil on the very ends of the hair. you're done with hair Tip: Be very gentle on you hair to not break it. Watch a RU-vid video for choosing suitable brush for your hair type. You don't need a routine for hair wash wash it when you feel your hair dirty. Usually 3-4 days. *AND THE VERY VERY IMPORTANT TIP* Without it nothing will work Mindset is the key. Love your hair and skin it will love you back. If you love something you will want to be patient and will want to take care of it. Not out of necessity but as luxury cause you deserve it. And when you have this mindset you'll unconsciously do it right and you'll not get annoyed and you'll be consistent and achieve results. Accept yourself that cannot be change every body shape and type is beautiful when healthy. Overweight is not healthy and underweight is not healthy either ( you cannot get offended, it's the truth) and all skin colour is beautiful when healthy. Even if you do makeup use it to enhance the features you already have rather wanting to change anything. There's nothing more attractive then a person who is comfortable with their own features.
Tbh, I had acne, and the best thing for it to go is using essential oils, it's worked for me, you can use banana peels aswell, the essential oils I used were: Jojoba oil and Tea Tree Oil, i added Frankincense and castor oil. Also another way to grow your lashes is castor oil :) oh btw, i recommend washing your face twice a day with tumeric soap)

Vanilla (£1-£3 if u didn’t know the price) and gets lots of compliments again find a good scent for u it doesn’t have to be expensive ❤️ Wear jewellery I don’t know but I personally think jewellery makes u look neat and expensive for some reason idk if it’s just me but still jewellery plays a big part in an outfit again it doesn’t have to be expensive Temu or shein have lots of choices to pick from! If u don’t know if gold or sliver suits you the most then here : 👩🏻🦰👩🏼: gold 👩🏽👩🏻: silver makeup is fun to wear but I think if you want to look put together and natural i would suggest clean girl makeup 💄 YES of course u can explore new styles of makeup because that’s fun! But I would stick to clean girl for beginners at makeup and then u can find your style 💄❤️ again u don’t need expensive makeup my makeup routine only costs about £10 and I get many compliments from people Skincare find your skin type first and then products that help your skin soon u will have glowing skin remember less is more a cleanser toner moisturiser and face spf is all u need Haircare is the same as skincare find your hair type and then buy products for your specific hair type it’s also fun to do fun hairstyles with your hair there’s lots of inspo on Pinterest so find what suits you ! Cucumber is better than ice for dark circle 💓 yeah you can try it only for 7 Days Before going to bed at night, put two slices of cucumber on the eyes and then sleep . Will let you know what the results are .❤️ Many times pieces of cucumber fell from the eyes Yes it's a worry it happened to me too but no need to worry as the cucumber slices will be held together by hand so they don't fall apart just for 30 minutes.😊

All these tips work ...I personally have been doing the following things which are similar as shown in the video : 1.For lips I occasionally use a sugar+honey scrub (superfine sugar) and Vaseline afterwards or just apply honey as a mask. 2.I ice my face everyday (not because of dark circles ...it's just because I have high body heat and it's stress relieving but remember -applying ice has its own advantages and disadvantages) 3.I apply a mixture of castor oil and Vaseline on my lashes before sleeping (sometimes at daytime too when I'm home the whole day)-TRUST ME ON THIS ONE 4.I swish coconut oil everyday before brushing for 15 mins -My teeth are white as hell because of this ... 5.For pimples I use pimple patches cause my skin is not prone to acne but I think "neem mask" makes sense. 6. Lemon water in the morning after waking up makes me feel refreshed and prepared and has improved my skin significantly (glowing skin!) 7.I'm a nail biter...so yeah idk much about nail care lol 😂
Vaseline didn't help me. In fact, it made me lose lashes. For me, castor oil and argon oil worked really well. It may work on you, but remember everyone has a different skin type and different kinds of reactions. And for acne, you can also use tree tree oil. It did hurt a bit but worked very well for me.
For the people that bit there nails!!! Apply nail polish on ur nails and don’t remove it until there’s barely any( barely noticeable) as it helps the nail to grow Have a nice day☺️

for long nails you have to do this step 1 : take some coconut oil step 2 : squish the lemon the water that will come put it in coconut oil step 3:dip your hand in the bowl or whatever where you put this and yes make sure to mix it very well step 4 : keep yours hands for 30 mins in a day and your nails will grow so fast I tried this and it works
But neem face mask is not suitable for all skin types. I have tried but I got allergic.If you want to get rid of acne , Rice water or boiled rice water or ice cube should be used twice a day. I did this for a month and it gave me good results and now my face is glow and acne free.
GUYS don’t use Vaseline for your lashes. It may seem like it makes your lashes longer but it actually makes your lashes delicate and soft which may lead to individual lashes falling off. Also when you try to curl your lashes it will be harder and the curling would not do anything! (please pin）!

You should actualy do your reaserch because vasiline does not make your lashes longer it MAY hydrate them and apear healthier, and toothpast and coconut oil dont give you white teath its just more helpfull in cleaning your teath, And No, Vasiline cant give you long nais but it MAY moisterize your nails making them apear more shiny.

(Reason) --> Ok guys the reason why I said don't put Vassaline on you eyelashes is because it rips your eyelashes off and it makes your eye swell up really bad which means you'll have to go to the hospital, and it leads to infections. And it usually takes a few days for it too happen depending on how bad it is so please don't do this, and if you're wondering how I know, it's because my friend experienced this, and etc..
don’t actually use vaseline ( overrated in my opinion) vaseline can make your eyelashes and eyebrows FALL OUT but instead try aquaphor it doesn’t make anything fall out and comes in giant squeeze tubes + tubs
