Oh my gosh Doug I just found your video when I typed in the problems with my cuts, and I had no idea about that side lense either and it was sooo dirty!! I cleaned it, along with all the other lenses and now my cuts are fabulous again! Thank you for making this!! -Ashley in Oregon
Thank you....you're right bout your info. Don't forget to clean the camera also. What seems to work for me is cleaning the lenses and camera after every project for cleaner cuts etc
Me and my wife just got our glowforge plus, and every time we attempt to cut it keep reading error and won’t do anything, if you have any tips for this please let me know
Sooo I knew all about that lens on the left, mirror, lens under the print head.. etc. I have focused and calibrated. GFs answer is to send the machine back in. This is the third refurb I have gotten that does not work. Any suggestions?
My GF is not engraving centered. It shows being centered on my screen but then when I hit the print button it is off to the right about a half of centimeter. I have cleaned my lenses but when I was the button one on the black box head, it pushed up to the top. Could it not be placed correctly now and causing it to print off a tad?
