For all those who are not getting the animation remove the“After the percentage sign in the keyframes animate

Just a note - this is going to make every single link on your document a glowing gradient button. If you don't want that, add a class to the link you want to have the button, then swap the "a" for the class. For example: Instead of Button, use Button in the HTML file. Then in the css, use .glow instead of a: .glow .glow:hover .glow:before .glow:hover:before This will help keep links in content (such as links in an article or blog post) regular text links, while allowing you to use the cool button for a form submission button or navigation button.

Really nice. Unfortunately there are issues with Edge. Setting a z-index less than zero causes the blur not to work. Setting it to zero causes the text to disappear on hover.
