hi im trying this effect out but the soft light on the 4 color gradient isnt picking anything up maybe its because im using a logo wich has quite high contrast not sure

Try different blend modes, others might look even better you never know

Set paragraph to center paragraph, add tracking to the text layer, animate tracking, also there's an extra layer of flicker with a different color.

when i put the 4 color gradient in it made my video black, if i turn it off or make opacity 0 it goes back to normal, any ideas?

Try adding lumetri color instead, there is a curves section in lumetri color, it should be the same

Not working right for me. After doing these changes, I put the blending mode to "Screen" on Opacity and it's not overlaying it like it should at all.
