I have coeliac disease too!! Been diagnosed 10’years now. It takes a while to fully heal the body it took me 2 years to feel better. Just make sure you get enough B vitamins as we lack being able to absorb that via diet . And as alwayssss stay being you beauty xxx

13:23 i swear same thing happened to me ! Im fit but i decided to eat healthy and after that i forgot about my decision and continued to eat unhealthy what my body did? Each time i ate unhealthy snacks or food i got acid reflux which forced me to follow a healthy diet

I’ve been watching you for agesss but I get you so much, my health is super bad, I have pollen food syndrome (im allergic to raw fruits, veg and some nuts) which is depressing, Im low in everything, iron (im anemic too and iron deficient) protein, calcium, blood, b12 .. literally everything im low in, im on so many medications but I feel as though there’s no help, i barely eat but I want to get into a better diet but never know where to start… 2023 was a rough year, 2 friends passed away and I lost 2 babies, my nana was told she’s on end of life support.. 2023 was a lot, it was depressing and I’m so happy we’re in a new year, even though I feel as though my life is shambles, I have to keep going to get to where I want to be, we go through tough things but in reality life just teaches us to survive and to get through each day
