We picked some garlic scapes in the yard. We usually just sprinkle a little salt and fry them quickly, but this time I tried making pancakes in a different way. It was simple to make, had a good texture, and flavour.
My husband is celiac, so I make pancakes in my own way, but when I do this, no one knows it's made from no-wheat flour. So, I’m revealing the secret.
Instead of wheat flour, I used Bob's Red Mill's gluten-free 1:1 flour and mixed it with tapioca powder. Also, add egg white to the batter to make it crispy. We also used frozen spot prawns that I posted recently.
I'll list the simple ingredients below, and I'll also leave a link to the brunch story for those who want the written recipe explained in detail.
For those who want to quickly follow along while watching the shorts, the shorts are also being prepared soon, so please wait a bit more.
While I'm editing this video, I'm also showing you a glimpse of the poppies in the garden. Check out the various poppies that you can't find in Korea. And meet the bear that came to visit our house.
