Gluten sensitivity? How I can eat bread again

I'm hoping to help people with gluten sensitivity issues and show you what I've done to eat wheat again. Links below (Affiliate) to the wheat we use that does not cause any issues with me. Soft wheat pizza or bread dough recipe below. ⬇⬇⬇

Pizza dough or bread recipe.
3.5 to 4 cups of flour
1.5 cups of water
1.5 ts salt
1/2 ts yeast
Mix and make it into a dough, then put in the fridge and let it rise overnight. Then make your pizza or bread and let it rise again, which could take two to four hours depending on the room temperature. The softer the dough the better it will rise. Then bake at 400 F 30 minutes or until it's cooked but keep an eye on the crust that it does not burn. This bread dough does not get as brown as regular bread dough, so be careful not to burn the bottom.

Not knowing why or what, probably forty years ago, I began to have diahre. This persisted until my doctor had me tested for Seliac.The results were positive, but I refused to completely shut off gluten until a year ago. It had physically drained me for years. Your video may or may not result in me finally eating normally again, but I have nothing to lose by trying this Caputo flour. Thank you for this very encouraging video,Lester

My wife is allergic to wheat. Not celiac and not gluten intolerance. She has major PMS moodiness when she eats wheat so we stay away from that! LOL. So eat non-wheat pasta instead. I also like to eat or make my own kim chee; having grown up in Hawaii that is part of my normal diet. I love cucumber and daikon kim chee in addition to the normal won bok kim chee. I eat it with my breakfast of eggs, rice and portuguese sausage (linguica), though lately I have been enjoying andouille sausage instead.

In early 2000s I suspect my dad and I have gluten intolerance but my family never really looked into diet for our maladies. When I became an adult and realized it was gluten it changed my life

Thank you so much for all this information that you have put out. I am gluten intolerant I came out in a really nasty rash all over my face neck & chest my skin was literally peeling off no exaggeration I tried to figure it out on my own what was causing it because I knew if I went to the doctors they would say they didn’t know what was causing it & would give me some steroid cream but eventually I went anyway & guess what they said exactly what I thought but I wasn’t having none of that so I went back home & eventually I worked it out & went on a gluten free diet & my rash went away.I cannot wait to try this flour out I am so excited.

This is just the kind of video I was looking for I kind of gave up on bread a while ago because of my gluten sensitivity but just like you I'm like I love bread and you're right it's biblical but the way that we make bread in America nowadays is absolutely toxic! Man has ruined what God has created! I'm excited to look into what you're doing and maybe try it myself.

You can help your gut with collagen. Make sure you get the bovine collagen for gut healing. Avoiding gluten for a long period of time in conjunction with collagen and a lot of prayer works!

I am Italian as well. It seems Italians a much more sensitive to Wheat Gluten and Oat Gluten. It is a puzzling mystery for sure. I am going to try wheat berries from Jovial, and grind my own real wheat flour.

I've tried to look for soft wheat berries from Italy in the passed, but haven't found any. But I'm sure they are available now. Do a search on google.it for (bacche di grano tenero) and you should be able to find something. I checked Amazon.it but there was nothing.

I agree but it's the cities that are over populated.............get out of the cities and find a few acres of land and a house in the country where you can grow much of you own food.

Without hybrids, herbicides, pesticides and genetically modified crops, we would be unable to feed the barbarians. Massive starvation would result. In 1950, the American wheat yield was 16.5 bushels per acre. In 2019, the yield was 51.6 bushels of wheat per acre.

Something did happen in the 90s it’s called glyphosate. I am gluten intolerant as well and I have studied this ad nauseam. Wheat has been genetically modified to withstand spraying of round up and wheat isn’t washed before it is milled so it’s there in the flour and in your food.

There's no GMO wheat in the food chain, doesn't exist so no. What happened in the 90's was they developed a gluten test so suddenly people could get tested because of the medical advancement so people previously thought to have IBS, Chrones etc were now being properly diagnosed. It's like we can now detect cancers more because every hospital can afford an MRI machine now that the technology is cheaper so people are claiming there's more cancer when it's just being detected earlier. More people now survive cancer than at any other time in history yet people claim other wise from attributing things that are unrelated due to their gap in knowledge.

Wheat is not gmo, but that is when they started spraying the wheat with round up to speed up curing so they can process it quickly. Ugh. That is why I buy organic unbleached unbromated and not enriched. I buy from central milling in the US.

Homemade Sourdough bread made with Einkorn wheat. Game changer. Take the time (6-8 days) to make a good Sourdough starter and make homemade bread. The shelf stable, store bought crap is poison. We need to get back to our ancestral roots 👍🏼

Ho yes, caputo flour is very good. We use it a lot in France as well as other soft wheat flour called "froment" flour here. Usually I prepare the dough one day and let it ferment in the fridge for 1 or 2 days and when I bake my bread, I prepare the dough for the next day... like that I always have dough ready to bake. You can do very good baguette with this flour too. you can try also the Caputo Manitoba Oro, very nice for pizzas and breads.

In 1950 'they' changed the amount of gluten (gen-manipulation) bc the bread stretches more. If they had not done that, I think everybody could eat wheet and other gluten

I think(learned from a baker), that sourdough is also better, because it slightly ferments while rising(good bacteria in with the wild yeast). This helps with our ability to digest the gluten, as it’s started breaking down the gluten a bit before baking. Need to do more research, but I’ve been eating homemade sourdough, and I haven’t been feeling worn down like I do when eating regular bread.

They stopped testing for sensitivity. I tested sensitive for several foods, including wheat and corn as a kid. I stopped eating wheat and sugar recently, and discovered why I have acne. I also have an autoimmune disorder.

What do you mean when you say you got sick? (Headache, Nausea etc), I experience gluten intolerance as well which comes and goes and I think its also to do something with the wheat products I use...like you it only started during 2000s. I went completely wheat free from 2013-2019 and only eating small amounts with reduced side effect. Will try the wheat in your description if its available in UK. like your videos great work Pal..

You have Molina flour on your list and it says it’s grown in the United States.

The Molino Grassi organic flour is just USDA certified organic but it's Italian flour.

I know now if I eat gluten my skin comes up red raw the next morning never had that problem before, For years could never understand why my skin would come up red raw in the morning and itchy and peeling The doctor used to give me lots of different drugs and steroid creams however one week I run out of pasta and bread and I didn’t get to the shops to replace it and I remember waking up without the itchiness it didn’t take long for me to figure out it was the gluten, Now I don’t have any itchy or skin problems...

Also, I found a fellow named Thom, who showed me how to make lactobacillus for your garden, check it out, his RU-vid is called 3 baskets living. Very informative. Yes you can make loaf pan bread with this flour but the crust will be crunchy/crispier than regular American bread. But it's best for pizza, try it, you'll be amazed.

Not exactly sure. I've tried ordering the soft wheat berries from Italy but it was during the worst part of the pandemic and was impossible to get it shipped here.
